After visiting boutiques from Bethany Beach to inside and outside OC we finally came across this wonderful boutique serving mature women (vs young kids) and my wife was thrilled to make some great purchases over 2 days. Vey friendly staff and on my second visit given a glass of chardonnay. Really colorful with some wonderful signs up all around. Has recently moved and Google Maps has not quite caught up. What a great boutique!! We looked all over Ocean City for a cute boutique that didn't cater to young girls (think crop tops and spaghetti straps). This was just the ticket! We loved the clothing here and would have tried on and purchased more but the employee there at the time sat and joined us while we tried on the clothes, which was bothersome. She was super nice, just not the way we like to shop. Overall an excellent experience and if ever back in the area we will be back! read more

I checked the business hours on-line before driving to the Ocean View store yesterday. Website showed the store is open until 6 PM. I arrived at the store at 5:20 PM. I went inside & asked to purchase a gift certificate. The saleswoman told me she was sorry but the register & store were closed! Told me to come back tomorrow! I told her that I had checked the website before driving there & just wanted to purchase a gift certificate."Sorry" was her response "but we are closed"! While they do have unique one-of-a-kind pieces, the shop is definitely skewed toward a 'young-at-heart' clientele. As such I found the clothing was a bit out of my age range although I liked a lot of the jewelry. They have a very sizable client base though since the parking lot was full when I pulled in, so what they're doing must work for them! Walking into CraZy LadyZ--was as if I had found "home". I was warmly welcomed, and the hygiene protocols they have instituted made me feel very cared for and safe. The clothing/accessories are whimsical, fun, colorful, creative, thoughtfully chosen and displayed. I could make CraZy LadyZ my one stop shop. ( Too bad I live 3 hours away. Although their website is fabulous, and I will rely on that in the future). They stand behind their merchandise, with excellent customer practices. My wife received a Christmas 2016 present that a relative who lives in Ocean City, MD, had purchased in CraZy LadyZ. The garment did not fit well, so the next time we were in Ocean City, in mid-January, 2017, we visited the store to attempt to exchange it. We were told in no uncertain, kind of snooty terms, that we were too late. Return policy was January 9, and even that had been extended due to inclement weather. What store doesn't give you at least 30 days on a return/exchange. We would never have this kind of problem had the article been purchased at a department store. We explained that we live 2-1/2 hours away and this was the first time we had been to OCM to make the exchange. So sorry (not sorry), nothing we can do to help you. Not only will we never shop there, but our sister was embarrassed by our treatment at the store, and she won't be going back either. Just be warned that this store does not understand customer service, and has a very short return policy. read more

Neat boutique clothing and accessories. I love that they have plus sizes and fun clothing. Their prices are high but the clothing is top quality. The staff is friendly and eager to please without being pushy. Good dressing rooms too. I needed a dressy outfit for a dinner party and found the perfect wide leg tan pants and a gorgeous peach colored sheer tunic and coordinating earrings. Very pleased with this shop. read more

I purchased a birthday gift for my sister in this store. She went to exchange it yesterday for another outfit that was actually more expensive. They told her there was a 15 day return policy and would not allow her to exchange it. I called them and they insisted they told me when I bought the outfit, common sense tells you they did not tell me or I would have not bought it on that day. Support local and they treat you that way. Will never shop at that store again. read more

If I can give this store lower than 1 star, I would have. Yelp users, don't waste your time. I was visiting my summer home in Ocean City, and purchased several hundred dollars of merchandise for a special event. About 2 weeks later, I tried to return one of the tops and was told to read my receipt - the return policy clearly states 14 days. Well, because I was there one day past 14 days, I could not return the item. I tried to speak with the manager/owner and was told she's not available, she's on the phone, so I waited. It was obvious she refused to come out of the back and deal with my concerns face to face. Let's just say that not only as she lost my business, but many of my friends. There are other places I can go to that have better customer service, and appreciate my business. I am always for supporting local businesses, but not this establishment. They were very helpful when I was making a purchase, but not so much when I simply wanted to return one item. I would have even accepted a store credit. That was not even an option. Now I know why they call the store "crazy lady." read more

An absolutely fabulous place to find FUN clothing, one-of-a-kind items that you won't see everybody wearing. Terrific clothing, unique jewelry and handbags. Gorgeous fabrics and styles in a good range of sizes. A treat to browse and impossible not to buy something - or a lot, as I confess I did. Not inexpensive but they do have mark-downs, offer various promotions throughout the year, and issue a newlsetter. Their service is wonderful - that rare combination of non-intrusive helpfulness. The staff here routinely go the extra mile for their customers and are charming, attentive, and helpful, but not at all pushy. I made the trek from Lewes on the recommendation of a friend after which I nominated Crazy Ladyz as my very favorite place to shop. I so wish they would open a branch in Lewes! They do have another store in Chincoteague VA that I'll be sure to visit whenever I manage to get down that way. I'm going next week and will try to save something for you - you gotta go, too! read more
