My husband & I were in town to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and I left the dress I planned to wear at our fancy dinner at home! When I entered the store, I received a welcoming greeting from Angie. I told her that I left my good dress at home and I needed help finding a dress for dinner that night. Angie was sooo helpful! This store is fabulous. Full of unique housewares and high quality clothing. The staff is always helpful. They go out of their way to find items I might like. I'm greeted with smiles and a hello every time I walk in. I have a hard time believing these negative reviews. I guess you really can't make everyone happy. I am confused by all these ratings saying no one greets you or they are rude. I have been coming to OC MD since I was a kid and have been going to Patty Jeans since they opened, I love this boutique and have always found everyone there helpful and kind. We love this store - I can always find something to buy. The merchandise is diverse and eclectic. What I don't get though is why, after numerous reviews about customer service, they still don't try to be a little kind when customers come in. No greeting, no thank you. It's as if they find customers a burden. I would recommend customer service training for the staff/owner. I love the store. The sister store in Berlin is lovely but smaller. Doing another review on this boutique. I am honestly dumbfounded on the customer service here. There's great coastal finds here for your home and super cute clothes. I can aways find something here but I won't be coming back because the people that work here are extremely rude and judgmental. My last visit the two ladies working were not only following my friend and I around but they were also doing it to another customer. It's so bad that I could overhear them talking about other customers. To be honest, they aren't even discrete about it because I just don't think they care. The lady with the dog is the absolute worst. There are so many other boutiques in Ocean City that welcome local business and treat their customers with respect. I would recommend checking out Innerbloom, Ragamuffin, Ish, and Rosters Nest...these boutiques are friendly and have great items. read more

Awesome boutique! Quite large with great selection of clothes - on trend with that beachy/nautical feel. Also carries jewlery, perfumes, accessories and home goods. My new favorite boutique to visit when on vacation in OC!! Customer service was lovely! Had someone set up a changing room for me and the woman at the register was very friendly as well. I really wanted to enjoy this boutique. It's very cute and has great gifts. After looking at the other reviews I thought I was the only one who thought the customer service was terrible. There was no one to greet you or ask if you needed assistance with anything. I said hello to the one sales person and she just stared at me and said nothing. Cute store, but I've never been greeted when I walk into the store or when I'm shopping there. I've been in over 10 times and it's always the same experience. When I purchase something, the staff don't even speak to me . They carry on a conversation with each other while they are ringing me up but don't say anything to me. Not even thank you, have a nice day when the purchase is complete. They have also been rude to my mother when she's been in. I don't recommend shopping here. There are plenty of other stores in the area that have employees/owners who are much, much friendlier. read more

Cute, aesthetic boutique with a wide selection. However, I was really disappointed with the size selection. There was no garment I could find larger than a "large." This place should consider being a little more size inclusive. In 2021 there isn't really an excuse. read more

Went to return a gift after xmas. They have a 14 day policy (no exceptions for holiday). I walked in and was immediately told the store was closed. I explained I got this gift for xmas and was away just got home and wanted to exchange. They said No but we will give you a store credit. I havent used it yet. I strive to support local businesses. Living in Bethany I love to shop all the boutiques from Ocean City to Lewes. However, this will never be a business I will visit again. A short dark haired woman at the front desk, along with two other women were extremely rude to my mother who asked a question about sale items on the rack outside. She gave a short response and literally glared at my mother and rolled her eyes a number of times. My mom never noticed, but I did from across the store. Such blatant rudeness and I was shocked. I'll never visit again. read more
