My wife and I wanted to get our front yard done, as we live in the beautiful new build community of Tierra del Sol, and our HOA had been hounding us about completing our front yard. After a quick search on Yelp, we came across So Cal Artificial Turf, which seemed to have great reviews. Bill responded within 30 minutes of me reaching out and had his foreman, Fred, come out that same evening. After taking some simple measurements and discussing the vision we had, we received our estimate that same evening. That same evening, we had a second contractor come out who came in $400 more and did not include any planting. Bill and Fred agreed not only to lay rock but also plant succulents for $400 less than the other contractor. Fred was very communicative throughout the entire experience. On Friday he texted throughout the day, sending pictures of the rock and succulents to make sure we absolutely loved what was being installed. I can't say enough about how reassuring Bill's team was throughout the process. We received our estimate on Thursday, they started Saturday morning, and the project was completed by Saturday evening. Although my front yard project was a smaller job than this company usually does, the owner Bill responded quickly and offered to come out and give me a quote the same week. He and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. The team worked hard for most of two days and encountered several unanticipated problems due to poor quality materials and processes in place for 25 years. They fixed everything up properly with the irrigation system so the finished job not only looks good but works better as well.
