I kept going to him out of convenience but he's incredibly difficult to work with. And you always have to triple check the invoices because he always adds on some bs fees. Contacted the business to place a very large order on May 21st. I was in contact with Alex via text and later by email, then back to text. We were back and forth trying finalize our order as we were told it would be a 10-14 day turn around for the quantity. Being that it was a long holiday weekend (Memorial weekend) I text Alex today to finalize our order and his response was "I wouldn't worry about it's too late to take your order have a good day" Our event is June 22nd and being that it's May 30th we clearly are within our 10-14 day turn around. I replied to Alex in the hopes that we could continue with the order as he asked that communication be sent via text as there was an issue with his email, and he never responded. I have saved all communication and hope that this is truly not how this business conducts service for other customers. I would have appreciated a TEXT saying that we were coming close to a deadline to order, vs being blindsided with the response we received today. Fortunately for us we dodged a bullet by working with such an unprofessional business. read more

There is a reason Artworx has so many five-star reviews, and that is because Alex provides five-star service! I used one of those online screen printing companies to get some shirts made, because they were cheap. Well, you get what you pay for. I ordered three shirts and one of them could not be printed for some lame reason. So, with only a week until a very important party (the shirts were gifts and I was short by one person) I had to scramble to find somebody local who could fill my order. I searched yelp and came across all these great reviews for Artworx, and I was not disappointed. Alex was very professional and courteous over the phone. I explained my situation and he understood my dilemma. I sent him my design via email and he even quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone. I dropped the shirt off on a Monday (I needed it by the following Saturday) and it was done by Friday! PLUS, in the middle of the week on Wednesday, I ended up needing a banner made as well. I called Alex and asked if he could add it to my order, and he said the banner would be ready by Friday and I could pick it up with my shirt at the same time! I would recommend Alex and Artworx for all your printing and design needs. He is efficient, courteous, and a great person to work with! read more

First of all, I would like to say that Artworx does a phenomenal job, if it's done right. This company has a quick turnaround time and the price is almost unbeatable. Unfortunately, there was some mishap that happened on my order. I work for Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and my unit was ordering 14 $110 embroidered North Face jackets. I bought the jackets separately (cost is $110) and went with Artworx for the embroidery part because of a recommendation from my girlfriend. Alex has already given me disclaimer that he won't be able to replace the jackets if something were to happen to them. It's not the greatest thing you want to hear if you're putting your expensive jacket on the line. There's really no guarantee but rather just a leap of faith based on the recommendations you got and the YELP reviews. I told him that accidents do happen but there are some actions that can be done to minimize damages. I even told him not to rush. I got the jackets back after about 7 days and inspected it but didn't find anything and Alex did not mention anything. I thought everything was fine until I distributed the jackets to my staff. One of them noticed that the opposite sleeve of their jacket had initial embroidery that was removed and was re-embroidered on the right one leaving the wrong sleeve with needle holes in the shape of the letters. It was starting to get perforated because of the damage done by the needle. I called him up and told him the situation and that it could have been avoided if the problem was communicated back to me. I would have opted to have the embroidery stay on the wrong side of the sleeve instead of removing it. He said that who ever did the embroidery did not communicate the problem back to him so it wasn't addressed. He only apologized and did not offer anything else. He mentioned that if I ordered the jackets or shirts through him, he would have replaced it no questions asked. But since I bought the jacket outside, he's not able to do anything about it. The problem would've been an easy fix and because of this lack of communication, one staff member is now wearing a jacket with a perforated sleeve. He was still professional about it. Unfortunately, YELP review is overall a review of quality of services and I'm obligated to mention this little mishap and make this experience as transparent as possible. At the end of the day, it's the service that counts and what ended is a jacket with a mistake. This review is just an overall experience from one customer and should take it with a grain of salt. read more

After initially getting back to me right away with preliminary information, I haven't heard from the owner in over 6 days (after sending another request for a quote and after e-mailing my design). I can understand not getting back to people right away when you're super busy, but anything over 2 days is crazy. I decided to take my business elsewhere. NOTE: the owner is now trying to accuse me of trying to smear his business after leaving an honest review. Please note that I DID directly email him outside of Yelp, and still received no response. I had called to ask if the accepted an ASUCR PO and they had told me yes, including to that a quote to the job I asked for. I call in a week later and another worker by the name of Vicki answers. She gave me a different quote and told me that they would accept the PO, but she would have to raise the price of the shirts just because it was through a Purchase Order. Every time I called I was told something different. On the last call, she accused me of haggling and said they were a legit business.
