It was almost like she was assuring me she would damage the book. I asked her if there was anybody else that could help me, she said she was the lead and if I didn't "trust" her I can go to the San Bernardino store. That was enough for me to leave, I asked for her name and corporate number. She said her name was Nancy, and when I asked again for corporate number she walked away and said "google it". I asked her again for the number since I didn't have my phone on me, she repeated "I said Google it". There was another associate behind her, i said are you able to help me, she said "No" so quick and didn't even look at me. I said can I get your name as well, she ignored me, I asked twice and got nothing. Nancy came back in and I asked her for her coworkers name, she refused to give it to me. I informed her as a lead she shouldn't allow her associate to provide horrible customer service as well. She finally said her name was Alyssa but I'm 100% sure she was lying. Unfortunately when they message me to confirm for the corona location I told them that I thought I made it for the Riverside location . They informed me that it closed about two months ago . I was a little disappointed cuz I live by the 215 and didn't want to drive all the way into corona . MTS was understanding of the situation and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I decided to stick with my appointment due to the fact that MTS was able to work with me on pricing . When I got to the store it was clean and the gentleman ( I think his name was Eric , I could be wrong ) went over again the pricing and I agreed to tint darkness and heat blocker he recommended . MTS ran out of the heat blocker I asked for so they upgraded it for free . The price they told me when I dropped it my truck off was the same with the upgrade heat blocker . MTS didn't try and push me on any up sales and was okay with the originals items I picked out before the free upgrade due to them running out of material . I would take my next car there .
