The real test of a tow company is during holiday time, and yes ArtZ company passed this test for us. Car broke stuck on freeway CA 15, insurance customer care took our time as they tried hard to find a tow for us within the time frame. None of them were available beyond 3 hours.Finally they said we need to find and they'd reimburse. This happened for the 1st time for us that our insurance couldn't help us. I called an XYZ company, he said not before an hour and asked us to call highway patrol so they could give a free ride to a safe spot down. Highway patrol in turn gave us a tow number. My husband was on wait and the greetings while I called ArtZ and he was there in no time. The best thing about ArtZ is he communicates and keeps us informed on his whereabouts and the ETA. Called 3 other towing companies before ArtZ Towing. 2 of em didn't answer any of my calls. Then AMPM towing company answered and said that it would take them 45 minutes to get to my location however, I waited 3 hours and i called back several times and they said they are still taking care of other customers. So, I decided to call another towing company and I came across ArtZ Towing. Art, the owner, was very nice and very reasonable with his prices (I consider it the best price in Rancho). He attempted multiple times to jumpstart my car but it turned out that the battery is already dead so I asked him to tow it and take it to a repair shop. Art is the man. There's no job too small for him. Here's what happened: I walked out to my car after work only to find I had a flat. I tried changing it myself first but I didn't have the right tools. To make matters worse, I tried with a wrong size wrench and it ended up getting stuck. So, I gave up and Googled local tow trucks and Art came up. I gave him a call and he picked up right away. I told him what was going on and he said he'd come help me in ten minutes (I was in Rancho Cucamonga and he was coming from Fontana). I received a call that my daughter had just been in a car accident, leaving the car disabled and incapacitated. On my way to the accident I saw a flatbed tow truck parked a few blocks away from my home. After insuring my daughter was okay and once the police officers left, I returned to the tow truck of Art and asked for a quote. I called AAA and they said they would pick me up within a few hours. 3 hours pass by and I call back only to be redirected 3 times and placed on hold for an 40 minutes. I wait another 2 hours. It has now been more than 5 hours that I have been waiting for a tow truck. I finally called artz towing. He gave me a fair price. 175 dollars cheaper than the big name company that I called first. Not only was he very prompt but also very friendly and professional and made my ride home very enjoyable. My car was stuck at work lights were off and my power key will not open the vehicle I called him at 1:30 in the morning he showed up in Ontario he leaves the key from Ranciato and he charge me 65 bucks that was an awesome price late at night the guys very nice clean has a high-end brand new truck which told me he was good with his clients and he just had a good appearance in conflict and verbiage I highly recommend to MIke that I have his card so I never leave keep Thomas cards but this guy is a real nice guy museum and spread the word he's a good guy read more

I would give this company a 5 star for doing a very good job. My car got stuck in a car wash conveyor due to shifter cable broke and this guy managed to do a quick fix just for me to drive my car to the mechanic shop. It only took him 5 minutes to do and boom! Never had a tow before, but this was a pretty good experience. The man who helped me was friendly and casual and also worked quickly. I wasnt able to follow him to my destination since my car ran out of gas on the way, but he was able to get there quickly and messaged me afterwards letting me know when he got there and what happened. We were waiting 5-6hrs for a tow truck for a simple tow for a flat tire due to the fact that we didn't have a spare tire. After being in the hot sun and being given the run around for hours, we contacted ArtZ and right after giving him the location he came and was caring of our situation and got us to a tire shop in a zip.
