‼‼ Upland Auto Body destroyed my brand new 2024 BMW.‼‼ My car got into a sandstorm and needed to be repainted and they completely messed up the whole car, my car looked better BEFORE I brought it in than when I picked it up. SMH I wouldn't trust the "5 star" reviews if I were you, your best bet is to click on the 1star reviews and read those because that better describes this business. According to public court records, this business has been ordered to pay over $18,000 in previous small claims judgments. I also took this shop to court for the damages and negligence they caused -- and I won TWICE. That alone speaks for how bad this shop is. Please be careful with this business. They operate under the official name Everything Internet LLC, but do business as Upland Auto Body. I honestly don't know how they're still open. Maribel, the shop manager, regularly showed up to the body shop wearing short dresses and high heels, attire that seemed completely out of place for an auto repair environment. In hindsight, that should have been my first red flag. It did not give me confidence in the professionalism of the business. Alex, the owner, was dishonest throughout my entire experience. We had used this shop before, but after bringing our vehicle in for accident repairs the experience was extremely disappointing. We were told the rental car would be covered, yet we ended up with a $2,000 rental bill. Our vehicle was also kept for 30 days, even though we were told the repairs had been finished about 10 days earlier. The entire process involved a lot of runaround and what felt like games when it came to communication with our insurance. Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and the situation never felt transparent or straightforward. I took My car in because it got hit while driving and chose Upland auto Body because I heard from my fiancé good things about MARIBEL. MARIBEL handled everything for me, talking to the insurance company, sending pictures, the rental, the quote it was so nice especially because the insurance company was stressing me out and she kept me updated she is amazing. she went on a leave unfortunately during the time my car was in and someone else took over and they did a very very very bad job (I won't say names) and I was so disappointed with how I received my car it was disgusting sooooo dusty and everything was unplugged back camera and speakers it looked like such a rushed job and I had to take it back to him so they can atleast take the dust off and my fiancé had to replug in my back up camera and speakers. I ended up getting a letter from the insurance company and I was confused so I went in to ask about it and the QUEEN MARIBEL HERSELF was back and I was so thankful I explained to her how I received my car how everything was rushed and unplugged and dirty and how I work a lot so in general it's hard to find a day to come back because of my work hours she apologized profusely she told me whenever I have time I can leave my car and she will have it taken care of I left my car that same day and when I got it back it was like a completely new car they even took off the scratches and scrapes I had and I was so grateful she took care of me. I never expected an amazing body work than any other shop that I gone to, honestly i would expect overpriced body work with bare minimum effort, however they failed to disappoint me in terms of their work! *FINAL UPDATE 01/31/25 We were actually offered exactly what we were asking for after calling, emailing and updating our review, the tonneau cover that had been blown off my husband's truck after improper installation following warranty work. However, the only way we could receive the tonneau cover from Upland Auto Body was to completely remove our review from Yelp and other platforms. Because we rely so heavily on customer feedback for our own personal ventures we didn't feel that it was ethical to have to remove our own experience with this business to receive what is rightfully ours to be replaced. It's unfortunate but at the end of the day I would want to know what kind of business I am dealing with, especially one where thousands of dollars are involved. read more

I called to schedule a drop off, they offered me a same-day drop off or the next day. Once I checked in the vehicle, everything was seamless. They called Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental car. The repairs were quick. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and received it back on Wednesday afternoon. When I went to pick up the car, I did not even have to go to Enterprise to drop off the rental. I just drove straight there and they took care of calling Enterprise to pick up the rental. Thank you to the crew at Upland Auto Body for their help and professionalism with my rear bumper repair. As everyone knows, getting into an accident sucks, whether it's your fault or not. When you're not at fault, you shouldn't get the run around and short end from the insurance company or body shop... But you usually do. My advice is to get yourself a good attorney and then call Upland Auto Body. They helped tremendously with the communication to the responsible party's insurance. They did a fantastic job with the repairs. As far as price goes, I don't deal with this every day. What I can tell you is they wouldn't let the insurance company get away with paying for cheap parts or not fixing what needed fixing. I would bring any of my vehicles back here for body work.
