When…read moreI asked about this, the staff told me proudly that their supervisor is the one that instructed them to close early every day even if patients are outside, wanting to get in. I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone.

She was unpleasant,told me to shut up or basically stop talking so she could do her job and shoved the needle into my arm...it was very painful...I was trying to ask pertinent questions,and politely asked if she would use a butterfly as the last time Labcore drew blood they used the usual needle and it caused a massive hematoma in the needle site causing me to go to the emergency room..this person did not care and kept telling me to shut up so she could do her job...when I asked her if the results would go to my doctor she rudely said," have you ever had blood drawn before"...instead of answering my question...I told her I have a right to ask questions.....never will I ever go back to this place...shouldn't even be in business...I give it a No star rating! So, I was a little skeptical of having to check myself in. I like human interactions. But it went…read moresmoothly. I did a walk in for my lab work and I was seen within 15 minutes upon arrival. The phlebotomist was nice and friendly. She actually listen to me when I said I have rolling veins. We chuckled when they did indeed roll. I hate being stacked because of it and many will not listen when you tell them. She made the stick easy and with little to no pain. That alone is why I am giving them a 5. For someone like me I need for those in the medical profession to listen and she did.
