They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code. It has been months since I have been trying to get help and no one is helping. Some of the test that were ran were even rejected because they submitted it wrong and I am getting charged for it. This is completely horrible customer service. They are quick to have you come in for an appointment but don't help you after when they charge you for it. I will not suggest coming to this location unless you want to get charged for no reason for things that can get covered because they do not feel like changing it. I am disappointed in this organization/ office if this is how you treat all of your long term clients.

Whoever called to confirm my appointment told me the correct information about my copay, but when I showed up for the appointment, the front desk had my insurance information wrong and claimed they had no idea who called and told me the copay amount I was originally told. I knew the payment information they now had didn't look right, but when I asked them to call my provider and double check the info, they didn't call and insisted they were right. I called my provider on my own, and sure enough, the original copay info I was provided over the phone was right. It was frustrating that such a simple fix could've resolved the issue much quicker if they'd simply made a quick phone call. Also, during my appointment, Dr. Baxter be appeared to be using some sort of AI program that was recording or possibly just transcribing everything said during my appointment. I've never been to a doctor that's done that before, and I strongly believe a doctor should ask first before recording an appointment, which Dr. Baxter did not. I didn't have a horrible experience with this provider, but I'm honestly not sure why this office has such a high rating online.
