This is my 2nd review although I've been seeing Dr Gill for a year now. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Gill or the office people. From the minute I arrive in their office to the minute I go, theirs is such kindness. I whole year since Dr Gill has done surgery on my big toe. He told me if I kept the toe a year, it's possible that I might keep it. I highly recommend Dr. Gill as a foot and ankle specialist. I'm an RN, and when I'm a patient I can often find doctors to be quite patronizing. But Dr. Gill speaks to me at just the right level. He is respectful and caring and really listens. I feel like he allows for collaboration and patient choice in the care plan, while presenting the facts and different options in a professional and knowledgeable way. He shows empathy and compassion too. Emotional support prowess isn't something you get with all doctors, so I've been really impressed here. Honestly, I'm not sure I can think of a better doctors office experience that I've ever had. Every person on their staff that I have encountered has been friendly and so helpful. His MA Heidi has assisted me with soo many forms that I have needed for medical leave, and the front desk receptionist is so great at her job too! From my experience there, they seem to run pretty efficiently for a medical office. I've been seen a few minutes early multiple times, and the one time I had to wait for 12 minutes, they were super apologetic. read more

I'm not using insurance and so she kept asking me for a "code" and couldn't tell me the cost of a typical cryotherapy treatment. Dr Bibeau is the MAN! They fixed me right up on some issues that a doctor had failed to take care of properly a couple years ago. As for payment of the service they are very reasonable (especially for someone paying cash such as myself!) and he also told me how to handle the payment with the diagnostic company that saved me a lot of money. Hopefully I don't ever have any health issues that bring me back here, but I would have no issue walking in the door to have them solve the problem again. I needed a podiatrist pretty quickly and was thrilled to read some good yelp reviews. My pet peeves are waiting for a long time in the waiting room then waiting in the doctor's office as well. This did not happen here. It went unbelievably smoothly. I filled out paperwork ahead of time online, and only had to give them copies of my drivers license and insurance cards upon arrival. After that was done, a nurse came and got me before I even sat down and was ushered into exam room. After taking my vitals, she took a brief history and determined I needed x-rays. That was also done quite quickly, and I was shown back into the exam room. Within a couple of minutes, the doctor came in and very professionally examined me Talked a bit about my history and gave me solutions. I was so impressed with him and the entire office. Never do you leave an office within 25 minutes from arrival. But I did, especially as a new patient. I've already given a referral for him to someone. read more

I highly recommend Dr Gill as a podiatry specialist. I am a Nurse Practitioner and decided to follow up on some heel pain I have had for over a year. His recommendations were sound. I have now had an injection, xray and recommendation for physical therapy and new shoes. Looks like Oofas and Hoka are in my future. It was very easy to make an appointment, I got in the next day when I expected to have to wait weeks or even months. So I was rather surprised by that. But then the doctor knew immediately what was wrong with my foot, fixed it, bandaged me up and sent me home. It was a great experience, friendly staff, and I would definitely go back. read more

I rarely give good reviews but I like Dr Ankurpreet Gill, he understood my problem, did not dismiss it, told me the main thing i can do was to wait longer BUT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY after I asked him, he was willing to clean the scar tissue and get the nail bed cleaned and a few hours after it feels better read more

I would have loved to have seen the doctor here but when I arrived I was told I would have to pay $150 fee which is outside of the specialist copay of $50 I expect to pay when seeing a specialist that is in network. I have experience seeing specialists and I have never been charged $150, but only the $50 copay. The very sweet woman at the front desk told me that I would have to hit my deductible before I was charged just $50 as a copay. This is not my experience with any of the specialists I have ever seen. Sadly, I felt like this was another opportunity to make some money off of patients. I was not informed of this when I made the appointment and I feel if you are going to charge customers outside of what they expect to pay for a specialist, you should be transparent and tell them prior to the visit. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I was very excited based on all the positive reviews, but I don't have the kind of money to just throw $100 on top of the $50 copay I was expecting to pay. Unfortunately I'm worse off having had surgery from Dr. Gill. I had arthritis in my big toe and went to the doctor to ask to fuse the joint as it hurt after walking for a couple of miles. He told me could "do better" and recommended joint replacement. Now I can barely walk to kitchen without pain. When I went to the follow up he acted like I had done something wrong. I followed his post-op instructions. I should have seen a PT right away but he told me to stay in the boot for 6 weeks. Now I have no idea what to do and I'm very disappointed and I'm pain. I was extremely fortunate to find Dr. Gill! A recent flare up with my plantar fasciitis due to a recent knee surgery, left me in severe pain. Due to my work as a LEO, getting some help quickly was a necessity. Although I was seen by my primary physician and a (very) brief appointment at a large orthopedic center, I could get no resolution. It was Dr. Gill who took time to talk to me, learn my history and get me started on the right path. He instantly recognized my condition and immediately got me into a support boot to get some relief. I was impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist and the nurses on that initial visit. The doctor x-rayed my ankle and there was no damage or sprain. He then recommended a boot which did not fit and I never wore. Cut to three weeks later I received a bill for $225 for a boot that I could have gotten from Amazon for $20.00. This is insurance fraud. Be honest about what you're doing and don't prescribe boots to people just to make a quick buck. Super disappointed. read more
