I've been going here for many years. I've had regular cleanings, a crown and other dental procedures performed by Dr. Jenkins. I trust my dental care to her and her staff. I was so impressed today when the hygienist remembered something from our previous visit! That shows care in addition to their good service. I think it's awesome that they always give you a free toothbrush, dental floss and toothpaste after every visit! I highly recommend this practice to those looking for a good dentist. I was annoyed about the extra time this took out of my schedule but shook it off as a one time inconvenience. Now my family of 5 are established patients. I try to get all 3 kids and myself in at the same time. Again, trying to minimize my time off work. Issue A: They are either way overbooked or closed far too often for the amount of patients they see. We've never been able to get on a 6 month cycle of cleanings. Need to be seen ASAP... not a chance. Issue B: We've been rescheduled multiple times. Its never we'd love to get you in sooner, if it works for us. Its always "We have to cancel your appointment and would like to reschedule in an additional month. The reviews sold us on trying SDA so I felt inclined f To give others a more full picture of the experience. If your schedule is extremely flexible and you are fine being seen once per year go for it. If you like good customer service with regular appointments you can count on, look elsewhere.

When I'm there, they come up with a plan for the services I need, and it seems they take no responsibility for getting an accurate estimate from the insurance prior to the services rendered. They say it's an "estimate", but if the plan didn't change, then why am I being billed more. There is a reason why they always have availability, and I think I found out why. Shady.

I would never go back to this place…read more I went in for tooth pain in an upper tooth on my left side and they said oh you need crown they did a temporary crown and I told them my tooth was still bothering me at that time. I went back to get the crown put in and I told him that my tooth was still bothering me he said that the pain would go away. I went back after the crown was installed and said that I have extreme pain in that same tooth and they said oh you need a root canal. It does not make sense to me to put in a finished product and then have someone go in there and drill through a finished product to do a root canal. I went and got a root canal after going through a month of tooth pain before and after the ceramic crown was installed. I don't see how they can stay in business with this type of professionalism. On top of all that I had a dental cleaning scheduled a couple of months after this period of time and they said that I told them that I was not coming back when I called them. I was in very bad tooth pain and I said I might not be back. They never gave me a notice or anything that they canceled my appointment and I showed up and they told me my appointment had been canceled with no notice. Patient beware!!!

They are always open convenient hours that I can schedule my appointment with no problems. They are always very kind and everything is really clean. They were al gentle and concerned with my comfort which is important in any dentist office. The dentist is very kind and remembered me for every check up I have and even remembers the things we talked about from my last visit. Its not costly as my dental insurance covers everything, the business has many awards for outstanding work and my particular dentist is very skilled and knowledgeable.
