Don't call them if you have a problem with: your A/C, your refrigerator, your stove, your water heater, your blue water tank, your GFCI outlets, or technicians lacking punctuality. Do call them if you want to waste what little time you have left on your way-too-short-for-the-level-of-workmanship warranty.

Lemon seller…read more Bought a 'new' trailer that we had delivered cross country. It showed up with multiple things broken inside, plastic shavings and pieces all over the bed. Vents on roof that don't open properly, valences for windows on the floor with the screws stripped out of the walls, another hanging with one screw stripped. Unclean, looks used - found a map for an RV Park in cabinet with someone's personal information which seemingly proves it's been used - along with hundreds of flyers for the trailer (seriously, stacks of flyers - obviously not cleaned before driver picked up). Gray tank is 1/3 full. Toilet has been obviously used. Hair in shower. Paneling peeling. Other paneling popped open. Curtain track not attached right. Things hanging down under the trailer. Keys barely working in the locks. Was told the propane would be full - it's not. Even the power cord for the trailer has a bent prong. Oh, and the trailer makes loud clicking noises when in motion! I'll update on how they fix this. They seemed so great during the sale. What a bummer.

Unfortunately, even though they offered the highest bid of dealers for our RV, we are so upside down with a new RV we have only owned 3 months, that we will need to explore selling it ourselves. Ricky completely impressed me with a response that offered extremely helpful advice including other online sites we might use to sell our RV. He also told me that we can cancel our extended warranty for a prorated refund. All of this helpful info was offered freely as a way to help. When I profusely thanked him for his help, he responded with this wisdom. I'm glad that I could be of assistance in any way shape or form. It's not always about closing a deal or buying an RV. We're all just human beings dealing with our independent struggles. A little kindness goes a long way. Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. Overall smooth experience and would recommend this place for glass related work.

I had previously used Auto Glass solutions maybe a decade ago, so we called them again. They were swamped that day on their mobile service, but they said we can help you if you come into the shop. No problem! My husband had two newly acquired tiny rock chips and wanted to get it handled ASAP. He was greeted by a gentleman when he drove up. The guy hopped in the vehicle and inspected both places with a flashlight. He told my husband "yeah, we could fix those, but they aren't the kind that will get bigger. Are they necessarily bothering you?" My husband told him no. He said there was no need to worry about it. My husband thanked him for his service and opinion and said "what do I owe you?"... the man said "no charge". My husband tried to offer him a tip, he refused it. We were impressed with the integrity of this company! I tend to believe most folks looking to make a buck would have been like "yep, we're gonna need to fix those". Nice people still, after a decade of not needing their services. Looks like they're clearly treating people fairly or they would not have lasted. Give them a whistle! They fixed my windshield a decade ago and helped my husband recently. Big fans of this company!
