Yesterday my vehicle hose blew (gm specialty part) at about 4pm in Texas heat. My family of three was trying to get towed home. Which was 200 miles away. From Austin to Dallas Texas. No one close to us wanted to respond to the call. So we sat there in the heat until Cody King from Freedom towing and recovery heard about our problem and took the call. Even after a busy night already Cody took the call which was at 2am in the morning- we were hot and from sitting in that car all day in the Texas heat just a little (lot) rip. He smiled and said he understood and understands - even gave us the opportunity to stop by a store to get some supplies for our journey. In my amazement my family normally don't go to sleep with someone else driving but me. I looked back and after seeing them sleep I knew we was in good hands - not only was the ride a dream but he was honesty truly happy, friendly and entertaining. I even got comfortable and went to sleep at time. Coming from a OTR driver that's something in its self. He knew is equipment like he knows is hands from putting the car on the truck to maneuvering down the highway. He even helped push it into a parking spot due to the crowded paring lot. Absolutely the most vile towing company to disgrace the face of the earth. A festering pit of deceit and greed, run by a den of snakes who thrive on exploiting others. They operate without a shred of integrity, preying on the misfortune of decent people like scavengers circling fresh carrion. Their so-called "service" is nothing but legalized theft wrapped in arrogance and cruelty. They have no regard for human decency, fairness, or the value of anyone's property. Locked my keys in trunk, needed inside to.open trunk in my 2013 VW Pasatt. Sounds easy but after opening car doors, we realized you need master key(which was in my trunk) to unlock that trunk feature(little button in glove box). My husband and I just decided to call it a night and contact dealership in AM. Literally they could have left after opening doors but then stayed(over 1 hour) to get my trunk.open! Never complained and went.ABOVE AND BEYOND what we or even the inaurance suggested! Highly recommended. Trust worthy and kept a professional attitude the entire time. I never thought having a good experience at a towing company was possible. Freedom towing and recovery is the only excellent experience I've ever had from a towing company. They were super nice, super fast, and we're very reasonable even help me out with a small discount becausemy stolen motorcycle was recovered while I was on vacation without cell phone service. Definitely don't use Texas pride tow they were the guys that AAA used Tutto the bike back and they gave me the run-around horrible experience with them. Definitely going to use freedom towing and recovery in the future when in Bastrop, support local businesses that are awesome. read more

Stuck in Tahitian Village with my children in the car. Several towing companies refused to even try and see what could be done to help us. One even flat refused even after knowing I had kids. Not Freedom. They came out tried both directions, even walked a mile in one direction to see if he could drive it but it was just not safe. I will only trust my family with this towing company. Thank you so much for caring for my family like I would have done some one else. In the end he offer us up a referral to a off road recovery team on Facebook that was able to rescue us. read more

We broke down in Basdrop, MI Insurance called for a tow truck. I received a call from Tyler that he was on his way and would be there soon. He was the most polite person you could ever ask to come rescue you at a time like that! He loaded up my car and delivered it with a smile! Just had my Miata towed by Charles at Freedom Towing. Outstanding service. He arrived when the dispatcher said he would, and took special care with my car. It's very low to the ground, not easy to hook up, and easy to scrape the bumper. Charles made sure nothing was damaged. He also had a dog with him, just rescued the day before. I had a blowout in Bastrop a few days ago and I came across Freedom Towing, the tow truck driver was very helpful and personable. The lady at the front that directed the driver to me was very nice as well. I recommend that everyone go with freedom towing if you ever have a problem with your vehicle. We broke down on the side of the road about 30 minutes from Bastrop. They not only towed our car, but helped make sure we got our car somewhere that could repair it, got us to a hotel to stay in, and worried about how we would manage without a vehicle the next morning. 2different times I used my AAA to request towing. 2 times, they sent Freedom towing. Both time the drivers were very courteous and polite. Late at night...Our vehicle broke down taking my daughter to UT -Austin for new school year. Freedom Towing took my vehicle to repair shop and drove us to Austin with all my daughters stuff to get a rental vehicle. Good honest people who put the customer first.
