Great RV dealership. We have purchased 2 campers from Princess Craft. First, a used RPod during covid and then about 2 years later we upgraded and ordered an IBEX through them. They have a great selection of campers - different from what you see everywhere else. They carry nice "outdoorsy" brands. Many of the campers they carry, I have not seen other places. The customer service is great and they go out of their way for their customers . Recently, Angela has been wonderful working with us through an insurance claim. She definitely did all that she could from her end. She was quick to reply by text or email and was always very helpful. The only drawback for me is the distance from where we live....its almost 2 hours. Even so, it's worth it to work with them and see their selection. read more

Lemon seller. Bought a 'new' trailer that we had delivered cross country. It showed up with multiple things broken inside, plastic shavings and pieces all over the bed. Vents on roof that don't open properly, valences for windows on the floor with the screws stripped out of the walls, another hanging with one screw stripped. Unclean, looks used - found a map for an RV Park in cabinet with someone's personal information which seemingly proves it's been used - along with hundreds of flyers for the trailer (seriously, stacks of flyers - obviously not cleaned before driver picked up). Gray tank is 1/3 full. Toilet has been obviously used. Hair in shower. Paneling peeling. Other paneling popped open. Curtain track not attached right. Things hanging down under the trailer. Keys barely working in the locks. Was told the propane would be full - it's not. Even the power cord for the trailer has a bent prong. Oh, and the trailer makes loud clicking noises when in motion! I'll update on how they fix this. They seemed so great during the sale. What a bummer. read more

I started my search for a truck camper 4 months ago and kept running into dealerships that either would increase the rate of there new model or lowball me on my trade. I have been following Princess Craft's youtube video's for years and always read and heard great things about them so I decided to give them a go! After some negotiation over a few days, we came up with a deal that I thought was more than fair. We live about 4 hours away, and when we got there they had everything ready for us and were promptly greeted to get the ball rolling. They even went above and beyond with my trade in to help me take off my anti-sway bar bolts which i thought was super nice! We did end up with one issue during the walk through (things happen) and the sales manager Steve came out and worked out a deal with us and made the situation so positive and enjoyable for us going above and beyond which we were thankful for. The entire process during the day was very streamlined and it was almost like they have different "Stations" for example, precheck of your new unit, financing, parts, and then a final walkthrough. This really helped make the day go by fast since we had to be there the entire time. Now what really blew my wife and I away is the owner PJ who came up and talked with us all throughout the day and even helped me get into a quiet office space during one of my important conference calls I had to attend. Her and her staff had some of the best customer service we had ever seen, it was almost too good to be true! If your in the market for an RV, looking at upgrades, parts, advice, anything, I would look no further! These guys totally deserve the business and will take care of you like family, I wouldn't go anywhere else! We bought our nüCamp Boondock 400 trailer in 2021, and we brought the trailer in for brake and axle maintenance in 2024. We had two new Goodyear tires on the trailer. We got it back and thought everything was OK. But then, preparing for our next 8-week trip that same year, my husband noticed that they had put some other tire and wheel on one side of our trailer! REALLY??!! To their credit, they did manage to find OUR tire and switch it out. But, come on. read more

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! My trailer has needed road hazard damage repairs and been languishing there for FIVE months. I don't think that the entire organization is bad, but their Service Department (Angela) is confrontational and only has excuses for the delays. The final issue has been that she accepted $150 hourly rate for the repairs from State Farm (the State Farm adjuster specifically told me that he had documentation), but then she tried to make me pay the extra $29 per hour X 9 hours. While I was trying to get resolved, she threatened me with extra storage charges if I didn't pay.The adjuster finally got the extra money approved. Don't go there for repairs. Same day of the above review: I got a call from Angela that they just saw my review - and they WILL NOT repair my trailer, although all above was the truth. It's hard for me to believe why the negative reviews on this place. I had a really great experience with Lucas from sales buying my little trailer. He was very helpful and honest and I got an incredible deal on an unused 2023 model with an out of state delivery (that delivery company was great too actually with a nice lady driver) I also dealt with a sales manager who was courteous and helpful as well. Service Department - the service dept does an OK job but it is very difficult to set up any appointments. You have to leave numerous voice mails before you get any response. It is poor customer service if I have to take extra time and effort just to give you my business! I do not know if they are understaffed or overbooked but it is frustrating. And once you do get a response there is no acknowledgment or apology for the extra effort the customer had to make. read more

Sure wish we had read the review before purchasing from this place. Of course blame it on the recession happening now, even though 7 months we are pretty much in the same recession and were told that this was a great camper and priced right. Talk about stupidity....we are in a loss state of nearly 20,000 grand. Anyway...we own some of it but I sure hope people think before purchasing from these lying people and go elsewhere even if they have to drive a little. Might save them quite a bit of cash. Disgusting...Never believe a car or trailer sales person. It sure is disappointing when you believe something a person says and go with it and find out later that they are full of...well you know what I am trying to say. STAY AWAY. To add insult to injury we would have alot of questions after and before the sale and "Lyndsey" and the management acted as if we were burdensome. The purchase went easily since we obtained our own financing and the sales person acted very gracious, but of course right...Customer service is the last thing on their mind after you purchase. At one point I was told that they are the only ones around that really sell truck campers so it is just too easy for them...NO wonder they could care less if they screw a person over. Personally I am disgusted and hope that they loose business when people read the reviews from people that purchased there and over look the far and few between of people that used them for a moment. Needed a replacement part for my NuCamp. Called "parts", left a voicemail. Never heard back. Emailed. Never heard back. Called "parts" again, no answer. Called "service", answered. Said they'd get me an answer EOD. Never heard back. CALLED AGAIN. Front desk answered. Told me he'd get someone from parts to call me back by lunch. Never called. Please, please do not buy from here, for your own safety!!! I purchased a brand new Lance 2075 from here in August. I was told that everything was checked and safe. However, the very first time I used the stove, it exploded. It burned my right arm, burned off my hair, blew open windows that were locked, warped the front door so that it no longer seals shut, broke window latches, the filter under the refrigerator melted and sprayed across the entire trailer, thankfully missing me but damaging the trailer and my property. I had picked up the RV in Round Rock and brought it to Wichita Falls. After the explosion I hired an RV teach to look at the stove to see if it was safe. He didn't see any leaks. The next time I tried to use the stove, the propane sensor went off after a few minutes. Not wanting another explosion, I discontinued using it until I could have another tech look at it. What the most recent tech found was very upsetting. The copper pipe that runs the propane to the stove was never attached. There is a crimping sleeve that is supposed to keep the pipe attached under the stove that was never crimped down to secure the pipe. So when I was using the stove, propane was building up in the trailer and ignited. Also, I was living in a trailer that was spewing propane. When I contacted Princess Craft to let them know what happened, I received no sympathy or apology. I emailed them photos along with the invoice from the RV tech and his findings. I was told that they can't verify what I was claiming (aka: I'm a liar) and that I would need to bring the RV to them. I explained that I have already paid for the month where I'm staying and it would take several hundred dollars in gas to bring the RV there. I asked if they could send someone here and possibly bring me a trailer to stay in since this is my only home. This was also declined. Understandably, I don't have any faith in the service technicians at Princess Craft. I believe that once I take it in there they will find a way to pass off blame so that they are not responsible. It seems they are unwilling to take any responsibility for their mistake. Luke or whatever salesman (younger guy with glasses) was very unprofessional and his willingness to simply show us an rv was lacking.. maybe it was our bad timing and luck. Maybe he was having a bad day who knows but we were there with family (2kids) and before we walked into a trailer he harped on "final purchase price." I'm guessing it was their asking price? Who knows.. Anyways I ignored him as we were walking twds the trailer and he wanted to know how much I was thinking in mind.. he kept repeating the price over and over. We were turned off by his lack of enthusiasm and willingness to simply show us a trailer...maybe cause he thought we were going to waste his time.. we left and bought a trailer down the road just under 24k kinda worked out perfect. I am a new food trailer owner and had a heck of a time finding someone to do a propane inspection for my permit. I went into the Princess Craft RV service department, and I was desperate. I was greeted by two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Angela and Ty. Both went out of their way to help me. Even though food trailers are something they normally don't work on, they said they were glad to help me. Angela and Ty were professional, friendly and really seemed to want to help me like I was a long-lost friend. It was such a positive experience I felt compelled to give a review. Avoid buying anything from Princess Craft. Once they have your money, they couldn't possibly care less about anything other than more money. I purchased 2 Intech campers from this place within 1 year (traded up for a larger model), spending over $100k. Although the purchase process was smooth and the salespeople very gracious, it was made very clear to me that the customer experience is very low on their priority list. There were clear warning signs right from beginning. When they setup my camper, the tech got dirt from their filthy floor all over the interior of my camper and in my truck. I had to scrub the leather seats of my truck for an hour to remove the filth. When I got the camper home, I realized the wind sensor on the awning didn't work, the locks stuck, the windows stuck and the interior woodwork was scratched. Clearly they didn't check anything and the lighting was so poor in their garage, that I couldn't see some of the defects. Due to my distance from the dealer, I worked out the repairs directly with the manufacturer and I was relatively happy. Fast forward a few weeks. I took my brand new camper out over the 4th of July weekend with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. The Dometic AC motor died. Mechanical failures happen - and this one wasn't something I could deal with myself. The motor mounts sheared right off the housing and their were visible cracks in the metal (a symptom of cheap Chinese made metal). I called Princess Craft asking if they would let me do a field repair with a used motor from a mobile RV repairman (it was a holiday weekend and I couldn't find a new motor out in the mountains). Typically, you would need to contact Intech - who would then authorize the repair (Intech is fantastic about that btw). But this was the holiday weekend and there was absolutely no way of reaching anyone from the manufacturer. I didn't ask Princess Craft to pay for the mobile repair. I asked them to stand behind the RV and not void the warranty if I had a temporary repair done. They have mechanics on staff that could easily replace the used motor with a new one. Their response - if Intech doesn't authorize the repair, the warranty is voided on the AC. They said I had to talk to Intech first before touching anything. Keep in mind, this is a $200 part and about $200 dollars of labor. The tech actually said, "we can't do a repair if the warranty is void because WE NEED TO GET PAID". ACTUAL QUOTE. When I asked to speak to the owner - I was told PJ was too busy to come to the phone. Temperatures reached 120 degrees inside the camper. It wasn't safe for my family or for my pet. Thank you Princess Craft. I will never spend another dime with this business. I would encourage anyone else to think long and hard before writing them a check for anything. read more

My mom (who lives in California) was looking for a certain RV for months and she had a couple hits around America which all turned out to be either a scammer or a RV dealer trying to get her in the door and lying about their stock. Luckily she found Princess Craft in Round Rock (I live about 5 miles away from them) She found the right model at the right price. She flew out rented a car to tow it back (cheapest way to get it to California, Enterprise in South Austin gave us a good deal on a 1 way rental to California). The whole buying process took an hour at the most, and they accepted some of the payment on a credit card. When we went to hook it up to the truck she brought the wrong size ball and needed a drop bar. We thought "great this is where they get over on us" Id say the price of those two accessories were what we would spend at walmart. The gentleman hooking it up to the truck was very nice and knowledgeable and gave her a quick run down on how the trailer works. He made sure the trailer had the right size drop bar and ball to tow it. I bought my new travel trailer from Princesscraft for just under $45,000. After the check cleared I never heard from them again until I needed warranty service. It took forever to get a factory major defect corrected (as in months) and I ended up having to get the factory electric schematic myself so they could fix it. That was 18 months ago. My experience has been slow.....very slow service and they've upped the per hour labor cost dramatically. I recently ordered a part which was quoted at less than $10 over the phone but charged about $30 on my credit card. I no longer trust them and I wouldn't recommend you buy from them. read more

Whatever your issue is, whether buying a new camper or fixing an old one, they are the real deal and you don't have to work with annoying salespeople telling you what you want to hear. Marcelo is an excellent service advisor who tracks all the issues that a customer comes in with, and is extremely patient. That is coupled with a very learned service technician, Jairo. Between the two of them, we have quite a team of knowledgeable and very customer-centric service staff. We have used PrincessCraft RV on a previous trip through Round Rock, TX, and the service was highly satisfactory as well. We came away at the end of day 2 of our punch list of issues with all the outstanding items addressed. We also received a number of maintenance recommendations to help us along during our next 6-12 months, so we would know in advance what to address and what to expect. Princess Craft service is amazing. Angela G. kept us informed and completed our repairs exactly as promised. The backstory - Our awning was torn off in October 2021 on a trip to the Grand Canyon. We won't say how this happened but just say it was operator error. Once we returned home we made an appointment for January 7, 2022 for repairs to the awning at Camping World in New Braunfels Texas because is was only about 30 minutes from our house. Flash forward to May 1, 2022 - contacted CW and was a told they did not know when our camper would be ready and they were still waiting on parts. We had repairs performed at Princess Craft before so we picked up our camper and made an appointment with Princess Craft for August 13, 2022. Angela G. was ready when we arrived and couldn't have been more helpful. The repairs consisted of replacing the awning, repairing the fiberglass, replacing the bumper and skirting around the back and side of the camper. We had a trip planned for October 19, 2022 and she let us know right away that we would have our camper for our trip. Angela G. kept us in the loop and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on or had any unanswered questions. Most of the repairs were completed with 2-3 weeks. The remainder of the time was spent waiting on parts due to supply chain issues which is out of their control. In total, the repairs were completed in less than 2 months and you would never have known there was any damage to the camper. It was worth the drive to for the service received. We won't take our camper anywhere else for service/repairs in the future. read more

After my experience with Princess Craft, I cannot recommend them. When I purchased my travel trailer I could have purchased it cheaper at other dealers but Princess was the only dealer for my brand in the area and I wanted to establish a relationship with a local dealer. In less that 6 months I experience a shattered window on a trip. After requesting warranty coverage and waiting a month with no contact I was told warranty was denied. I told them to go ahead and order the window and the person I was working with said they did. After two months of no contact I called and was informed that the person I was working with was no longer there and the window was never ordered. My total wait time at this point was over 3 1/2 months and absolutely nothing was done. I ordered the window myself in less than an hour. read more

Please be careful with this place. Especially if you're new at this stuff or have driven a long way to purchase something you saw online. Call and ask very pointed questions about the product. They will sell you older unwanted campers from other dealers, that they haven't even checked out for damage or wear! Case in point, drove 700 miles to pick up a brand new 2020 NuCamp 920 camper, only to see that it was a 2017 model that didn't even fit my 1 ton long bed properly, had to alter the crap out of it to fit the bed, was told it was a mistake, and after staying in Round Rock a night and day, I was offered a long round of sincerest apologies and after yelling match with the owner manager, managed a $1000 for the dirty deed of lying about fact it was "new". Oh the how expectations are dashed. Never, EVER this place!!!! I have reached out to NuCamp for the keys to the generator access that was not given to me. The manufacturer are sending them to me. Also, they want a full review of my experience sent to their headquarters in Ohio. I will say that the service department deserves better representation from sales and management. We were tremendously disappointed with our Aliner purchase from Princess Craft. Short story: we were sold a brand new, yet defective, 2022 Aliner Classic. The rear window does not lock & the front dormer pull was broken - it was clearly damaged & wasn't even attached! On the day we drove off the lot, the left front stabilizer came halfway down. This could have been a major disaster for us while we were on the road. We also discovered that the countertop above the microwave & around the sink wasn't secured to the cabinet. Other than to contact Aliner for warranty service, our Princess Craft salesperson, Joseph Hernandez, offered no solution for this out-of-state buyer. (SIDE NOTE: Aliner's preferred warranty vendors in California- 1. Little Guy Trailers: doesn't work on big jobs like window repair, 2. SkyRiver RV: is new to the Aliner brand & has not worked on a lot of Aliners). If you are an out-of-state buyer, here are a few things you'll need to consider before you decide to buy from Princess Craft: DON'Ts: If your Aliner unit is not ready for inspection upon your arrival, WAIT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY CLEAN, FULLY OPEN (including dormers) & ACCESSIBLE. DO NOT LET YOUR SALESPERSON DISTRACT YOU in the middle of your inspection & escort you to a different unit to complete your inspection in a similar unit. DO NOT LET YOUR SALESPERSON TEACH YOU TO OPEN & CLOSE ANY ALINER UNIT OTHER THAN THE ONE YOU ARE ACTUALLY BUYING. Remember, this is your only opportunity to know if there's any broken equipment in your unit. As soon as you drive away, your only recourse is the warranty with Aliner & that's another heap of challenges altogether. Be warned, you will not get any assistance from Princess Craft. DO's: VISIT THE TRAILER YOU ARE PURCHASING DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SO YOU CAN HAVE MORE TIME TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE UNIT. OPEN, CLOSE & MAKE SURE THAT EVERY WINDOW ACTUALLY LOCKS. OPEN & CLOSE EVERY COMPARTMENT - INTERIOR & EXTERIOR. MAKE SURE THAT THE COUNTERTOPS ARE SECURELY ATTACHED. WHILE THE UNIT IS ON SHORE POWER, TURN ON THE REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, AC & HEATER. IT MAY ALSO BE A GOOD IDEA TO TEST OUT YOUR PROPANE LINES BY HOOKING UP & LIGHTING THE STOVE INSIDE & OUTSIDE. TRY TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE IN THE USB PORTS. Before you sign & drive off your new trailer, please do a safety check: MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT ALL 4 STABILIZERS ARE LOCKED IN PLACE. For your safety, we cannot stress this enough! The day before we were to leave for Colorado, my husband noticed that our power cord/plug was singed and it was Saturday at 1 p.m. We called Princess RV and then drove an hour to see if anyone could help us. Since he's not a great do-it-yourselfer, we thought our trip would have to be cancelled. But, thanks to Cody in the parts department, we were on our way to Colorado the next day. He changed out the plug on the electrical cord and gave us great instructions on how to install the power receptical on the trailer. He was truly a lifesaver saving us tons of money not to mention a marriage! They are great people to work with and we would highly recommend doing business with them. I've rented RVs from these guys on more than one occasion for my 7 year old and I. They KILL it! Their process is stream lined (digital on web), the RVs are absolutely priced well (it's why we keep coming back) and my kid nags the begeezus outta me to keep getting the next one! Oh! Had an emergency on my cross country road trip with my TAB400. Thought I would reroute (by 500 miles) my trip to Princesscraft for repair since they sold my trailer. Service rep named Marcella stated "Oh no, we couldn't get to that for at least 3 weeks. We have people buying new units and they're ahead of you." How's that for customer service. I don't like to post on Facebook but I'm really upset and just want to give other people buying a Rv a heads up. I purchased a Lance camper in 2018 from Princess Craft Rv in Round Rock, Texas and Pj talked me into buying a Mastertech extended warranty. This warranty isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. I paid $1978.00 for this warranty and it won't cover a $400 jack because the repair service has to make two trips out. I have contacted Princess Craft two times since I bought my Lance camper and I never have got any help after the sale from them and now I'm finding out the extended warranty they sold me is worthless as well. Lance cant get replacement parts for there campers because Dometic or Atwood dont make them anymore. Think twice before you buy a Lance camper and never buy one from Princess Craft because if your not from that area there is no service after the sale. Never, Never buy a Mastertech extended warranty from anyone because they will burn you ! read more

This is GREAT place! They really know their campers (like their web site says!). They are friendly, professional, and have great expertise. My husband and I bought our first T@B from PJ Buerger (owner). She was absolutely lovely to work with. She wasn't a pushy sales person like you get at many places you go to. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and really helped us to weigh our options for the type of camper that we were looking for. Additionally, PJ and the staff make themselves available for us anytime. We wanted a Lance 850 truck camper and Princess craft was the only dealer within 1000 miles that had one. After I put a $500 hold on the unit, I had to go through the arduous process of finding and equipping a truck. After I told them I had a truck and had installed the tie downs, a pickup date was set. The first thing that I notice when I arrive is how dirty the unit was inside and out. Their excuse was that their detailer was sick the day before which was a Monday, but they had known of my appointment for 2 weeks. I had them clean the inside thinking I would hit rain on the way home. Seeing the condition of the unit I figured I better look it over close. I go on the roof and find several cracks in the Dicor caulk. They clean and shoot caulk on the cracks. This appears to have solved the problem but created another problem when they installed the Maxx Air covers. They installed the covers and let them lay in the fresh caulk. When I got home I had to break them free and clean them up. The Maxx Air attach brackets were loose as well. BOTTOM LINE IS, THEY DID A PISS POOR PDI ON THE UNIT. The owner seemed to have little regard for my concerns for fear of upsetting all the idiots that screwed up. In the last week I have found several other issues that weren't caught. Just horrible. Worst customer experience ever. I had previously bought an RV elsewhere, but never experienced the punishment received after I bought a truck camper here. I researched truck campers for some time, and decided on a Cirrus 920. I drove out from California ( and back) to buy this one from them. Mistake. When they sold it to me, they told me I would spend half a day getting the tie-downs installed, tailgate removed and camper good to go. I had a 9AM appointment time, and was there. Sometime that afternoon, they began working on it, after I had already cooled my jets for three hours in their waiting room. They could not finish, and I needed to book a hotel room, so I could go back the next day to get it finished. OK, I should have learned. We outfitted our unit, sold our home, and headed out back towards Texas. Our sink failed. We called the manufacturer, and were told Princesscraft could do the warranty replacement. I called Kevin to see if I could time an appointment. Be aware, Kevin does not say no, it is just that his yeses are untrustworthy. I asked about the sink and mounting my satellite dish on the roof. He said he did not think he could get a sink in time, and if he could, a dropoff Wednesday was possible, but first thing Friday morning would be the pickup, as the dish mount had sealant that must cure overnight. He promised to call me back by close of business Friday. He did not. I called the manufacturer, and they shipped the sink overnight. I could not verify my appointment, though, because the service department is closed on Mondays. The only person that knows what customer service is at this place, Marcela, called me back and reassured me that the sink was coming and Kevin would call me the next day. He did, and we confirmed installation appointment and time. I emphasized we were timing this visit, and would need to stay two nights in a hotel with our dog and bird. You can guess what happened. Friday morning, Kevin looks all surprised when I show, and seems concerned that I checked out of my hotel. The coach will not be ready until noon. He denies promising earlier. Only thing they did is sink. Did not start on satellite dish. I ask how it will be ready at noon when the sealant needs to be cured overnight? I get a blank look. Owner comes out, apologizing all sanctimoniously. An hour and half later I leave, with my dish in my trunk uninstalled. Perhaps I am incorrect, but I am willing to bet that Lying Little Kevin first wanted to blame his delay on not getting a sink, then on sealant. The man has no shame and is not to be trusted. Buy elsewhere, from someone reliable when it needs service. read more

Visited "The Princess" last weekend. Friendly people that don't pressure you to buy! Was looking for a used camper, but all had sold the day before we arrived. Seriously considered a new one, but no one even pressured us to buy. Ended up buying one used somewhere else that had a problem with air conditioner. Once again, I turned to the "Princess" to get advice on A/C issues. Spoke with a very knowledgable technician who took the time tell what it could be. My husband took his advise and was able to fix it! Now this is the kind of service that is a lost art! Hands down to the Princess!!!!!!!!! read more
