Van sat and never looked at and finally 6 days later, had to pay again to have towed to another dealership 60 miles away to be actually serviced. GM and family owner, Heidi Strong disregarded it as a miscommunication on the Servives Managers as they deemed it as a "drop off appointment". The GM gave no solution, only to impersonally text me, " Yes, Eric put you in our scheduler to set you up with an appointment on that day like he said, so that they could fit you in when able. Otherwise, you would not be present in the schedule to fit you in... so basically there, but pending like he explained. The verbiage should b updated to reflect that, but brand new system that we r working through. So same as what he told you during the conversation. Sorry 4 the confusion." They lost a potential customer and one to warn others, as they also blame it on "A new computer system". We received a phone call sometime in November saying the part supplier for them went on strike and offered us the option to come and grab our car that has not been fully repaired. We decided not to risk grabbing a potentially hazardous automobile and left it their until the parts company delivered parts. Fast forward. I call on December 16th asking for the status of the vehicle. I get a call back a few minutes later saying the parts will be in a few days and the car will be ready for pickup. Jan 4th 2020. We pick up our unwashed car, low fuel light on and no wiper fluid. This place didn't even have to decency to offer a loaner car for the 3 1/2 months it sat there let alone put some gas in the tank. Watch out for these low life's!

Now, it's just a bunch of grumpy old men, talking down to people and seemingly ripping customers off. Brought a car in for a tire issue, said it was a bad valve, replaced it. Still leaked, said it was rust inside the rim and it was resolved. Leaked for over a year after that and just paid $50 for a 5 star reviewed shop to tell me the valve was installed improperly and it was a miracle it held air at all. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
