I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

About 15 minutes later, I showed up at the store and Dave, a sales associate, was there waiting for me. He had already spoken with Garland and he was waiting to help me, as promised. What I got was some kind of cheap, apartment complex type remnants with seams throughout the living areas. They refused to make the corrections so I had to sue them, and won. I now have a lean against them filed in the Bucks County Courthouse. I ended up hiring "Olden Carpet", down the street from them, to come in and rip out the Bucks County Carpet and Floors crap and re-do the entire project. Olden Carpet gave me the Mohawk Premium product I asked for in the first place. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the trash. All of this for the same price I was charged by Bucks County Carpet and Flooring for their bait and switch crap.
