I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

What I got was some kind of cheap, apartment complex type remnants with seams throughout the living areas. They refused to make the corrections so I had to sue them, and won. I now have a lean against them filed in the Bucks County Courthouse. I ended up hiring "Olden Carpet", down the street from them, to come in and rip out the Bucks County Carpet and Floors crap and re-do the entire project. Olden Carpet gave me the Mohawk Premium product I asked for in the first place. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the trash. All of this for the same price I was charged by Bucks County Carpet and Flooring for their bait and switch crap.

I called up 3 weeks prior to the service to schedule. The day of service, about a 1/2 hour before…read moreservice, they canceled on us. This was upsetting. They also additionally mentioned that they couldn't serve us till 4 days later. When we gave pushback on that they immediately said they had an appointment for the next day. We took it. We received confirmation of the appointment. The following day they canceled again. We mentioned to them that it was unacceptable to cancel on us 2 days in a row with short notice. They then tried to tell us that we canceled on them the 1st time ( which we did not) and then they changed the story on us that we did not have a confirmation . When provided the confirmation number they were even persistent that they did not cancel and that we did. I will never be using this carpet cleaning service again.
