Title: Terrible Experience -- Dirty Clothes, Missing Items, Refused Refund & Told Not to Return I came in with 4 items and was only ticketed for 3 -- so one item was essentially unaccounted for from the start. My order was not ready on time, requiring me to make multiple trips back. When I finally picked up, 2 of my items had been separated from my order and were in a different part of the building. When I examined my white shirts, they still had the original stains -- completely uncleaned despite being charged for dry cleaning. I never even asked for dry cleaning; I needed stain removal. When I asked for a refund for the item that was clearly not cleaned, they refused and claimed the items had been treated. Anyone could see they had not been touched. The staff argued with me and even held my clothes, telling me I could not take them without speaking to a manager -- over items I paid for and own. To top it all off, after all of this, the female manager had the audacity to tell me not to come back. I came to you as a customer needing a service. You failed to deliver, refused to make it right, and then dismissed me. Absolutely unacceptable. This was already my second bad experience at this location. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere -- especially if you have anything delicate or valuable. read more

Brough in 5 shirts to be cleaned and starched. Asked for medium starch for all shirts. Came back later in the day, shirts were ready for pickup, and were done exactly as I requested. read more

This place is a NO-GO! They melted the buttons on a shirt. I asked to have it repaired or replaced. NOW, the store tells me I have to talk to the manager. The manager is never in on the days they tell me he will be there. NOW, The manager will not return my calls. NOW, they tell me they don't have the item even with the store claim check in my hand. read more

Extremely happy! They went out of their way to help me at the last minute, I purchased a silk nightgown for my bff and it was soooo wrinkly, I called ahead and they were already shutting down but said come right over. My dress we asked if they can get the stain out they assured us they could . Well they didn't . I was so disappointed with the way my clothes looked when I picked them up. I was not sure whether they cleaned them or pressed them. EVERYTHING was wrinkled and hanging longer than the cleaners bag. Military family here. Was looking for a trusted dry cleaning service for my husbands' military uniform. A's Cleaners had come recommended from other spouse's on base so I called them to see if they had availability for a military uniform the following day. We simply needed a press. Their hours state they are open until 7pm. I called today at 4pm to simply ask them if they have experience with military uniforms. A woman picked up. She said "we're closed", and hung up on me... not the best first impression. First impressions are so important! We will not be going to A's Cleaners. We will take our business elsewhere, and I will be sure to post my review on our NASCC page so others are aware. read more

I took two items in today at 8:00 a.m. They made it clear that they were closed Monday for the holiday, so if I wanted my clothes before Tuesday, I must be back by 7 pm when they closed. My ticket showed my 2 items would be ready by 5. First off, the guy charged me for a dress for one item versus a skirt. I questioned that it seemed high for two items; he responded some snarky comment, so I let it go. I went by about 2:30 only because I happened to be passing by and oftentimes they have items out before 5. The clerk advised everyone was gone and that all items were already done and mine should be ready. She went to locate my items and kept moving about from one rack to the next. She proceeded to rotate a large electronic rack round and round. Meanwhile, several other customers had come in and were waiting because she was toward the back working the electronic rack. She comes back after some time waiting and asks if I can come back at 5. I asked if they were still working on clothes or someone was coming back to do so, and she said no, that everyone was gone for the day, but she'd have to try to look for my items. I left and tried calling about 4:30 to see if she had located them, but nobody answered. Someone called a short time later to advise my order was not done. My husband went by to pickup my undone items and get a refund. She told him she found bags of numerous customers clothes that were supposed to be done by 5 and the employees left without completing those orders. She was called in to put out the fires because apparently I wasn't the only customer who tried to pickup their clothes that were not completed. Unacceptable...I'm done with this place. read more

Military uniforms... do NOT bring them here!! My husbands top has multiple double creases. Creases where there shouldn't be and then a crease in the WRONG DIRECTION. This is a nightmare. Save your uniforms and take them anywhere else. read more

Very cheap cleaners who do a cheap job. They ruined a piece of my clothing and would not do the right thing. Though the owner did encourage me to sue him... and told me which judge I would encounter in that process... Very nice staff (who apologized to me on his behalf and told me that they were very sorry that he did not do the right thing). He told me he was fine losing my business. If you like your clothing be very careful about leaving it here. read more

More like F cleaners. Paid up front for awful service. My slacks smell like mop water, ruined creases, etc. I dropped off on Thursday to pick up the next day. Wasn't completely ready until Tuesday the following week. Workers had awful customer service. The customer is always right, especially when you stain their khaki slacks. The employees need to learn how to own up to their faults. I will never go again to this shady, awful, and unsanitary establishment again. read more
