I recommend this very clean and functional facility. All of the machines worked well, the bathrooms were very clean and You can purchase "Tide" laundry soap and "Bounce" sheets there, but no other brand. The laundry facility was busy, but did not "feel" crowded. It's a nice size place and the climate was comfortable. It was only a bit warm near the dryers, but that's expected. I used wash and fold. They mixed my laundry with someone else's, I had to go through and pick out what was mine. Then they lost individual items that weren't there (maybe those were mixed with a third persons?) Also there's a ten pound minimum on w&f so I got charged $2/lb to have my laundry lost. I have to buy replacements now. This is a big deal for me because I am working out of town and I only have a weeks supply of clothes. In addition the level of w&f is substandard, you cannot specify the wash (hot cold etc) or the dryer (high low heat). read more

It's been six weeks and we've had such a problem getting our washer and dryer delivered that I've had to find a place to do our laundry and I came across The Laundry Depot. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot although if they're busy, parking can be quite tight. They have many different sizes of washers AND dryer's, and there are tons of them. No waiting for one to become available. They have a couple of staff members sitting at the front that are really friendly. It makes me feel a little better about the safety of my stuff when I step outside or walk across to the store. Their machines except credit or debit cards and quarters as well. They have an ATM, the change machine, and the machine to get your laundry basics to wash and dry. They have several TVs playing different shows so surely you'll be able to find something to watch if you need to. They also have a snack machine in the back for your munchies or your drinks although I do prefer to walk across the street to the store, because the machine does look a little dirty on the inside. They have a ton of laundry carts, so there's no need to keep one hidden or have to wait for one of them to be available. The only con I can think of, and this is so minuscule it's almost not worth mentioning. When you put clothes in the dryer, you have to pay for every five minutes. Everybody knows you cannot dry your clothes in five minutes and probably not even 10 minutes so it's a little bit of a hassle because you have to add the time in five minute increments. But definitely if you have to do your clothes in town, this is definitely the place to go. read more

I haven't had to use a laundromat in some time. Due to mine being shipped I had to find a way to make sure my clothes was clean. This is the only place I used. Everything was clean and to be used and the staff was very attentive if you needed help. I do recommend this laundromat read more

My washer and dryer are not here yet as we just moved. I was able to wash, dry, and fold all of my laundry in 2 hours. The washing machines and dryers are plenty big enough for king size bedding. They also offer "work clothes only" machines which are great for those of us who need those machines. Payment options are awesome because they take cards and coins so you can mix it up and don't have to worry if you forgot to get cash or coins. read more

When I dropped off my laundry the first time using Laundry Depot, the young man working was amazing, so friendly and helpful, answered my questions kindly and with understanding that it was my first time using their service. That was about early October, 2020. Now mid-November, I scheduled online to have laundry picked up between 7a & 9a this morning because of the awesome service I received last time........9:30am, 10am, no pick up. I called the phone number that was on the confirmation only to get a lady with no customer service skills, who told me, "That service has been discontinued....has been for a month" Well, I did not know that at all. She did not offer to say, "You can bring them in" or provide any type of pleasantries in our conversation, just matter-of-fact, and she was done. I said you probably want to let your corporate office know because your website still let's customers put in their card information and schedule the pick up...........no response to that and I hung up. So I decided I would not be using Laundry Depot after that woman's attitude and went on Google to find another wash & fold laundry service. Found Brite N Clean on Waldron in Flour Bluff. Dropped 38 lbs of laundry off at 10:30am and got a call at 12:25pm that it was ready for pick-up.....UNBELIEVABLY FAST! On my way back from picking up my laundry with Brite N Clean, I received a phone call from Laundry Depot Flour Bluff Location from a very nice lady with good customer service skills. She said that my phone call to ask about my pick-up order was actually to the Holly Location and Flour Bluff still does pick-up & delivery. She was calling to say they were on their way to pick up my laundry. I really wish the rude woman I first spoke to would have told me that Flour Bluff does pick up and delivery, and not her location. Surely she has been asked this before or she's aware that the website pick-up orders are done in Flour Bluff. I also wish she would have just said, "you called the wrong location. This is Holly, not Flour Bluff." I had no idea. Going forward, I'm taking my laundry to Brite N Clean in Flour Bluff. They're 25 cents cheaper per pound, and washed, dried, & folded 38 lbs of laundry in under 2 hours along with exceptional customer service...HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRITE N CLEAN on WALDRON!!! read more

Washing machine broke and the replacement is on backorder for a month. So here I am in a laundromat for the first time in nearly 20 years. This was the nicest laundromat I could find and I am pleasantly surprised. The washing machines come in small ($2.50/load), medium ($3.50/load), large ($6.50/load), and extra large ($8.50/load). Not sure how much dryers cost since I'll be taking my laundry home to put in my dryer. Added bonus is the machines take cards so no hassling with coins. If you're using cash, they do have a change dispenser. They also offer a full wash and fold service for $1.25/pound with a 10 pound minimum. read more

Nice large laundromat, would be good except for one thing: we had occupied five dryers at the end of the dryer section and employee went down the long line of dryers emtpying out the lint drawers. As we were currently the only ones in the dryer section, I politely asked if he would mind not doing that now as all the dust from the lint is blowing over to our dry laundry which we are folding. There was a visible dust cloud. He said no, he has to do this when time allows and even starting creating more dust as he begann throwing the lint into the bucket creating more dust. He then proceded to brush the floor creating yet even more dust. And all that intentionally in our corner. A simple, sure I will come back in a few minutes would have been ok and a polite response. We paid a total of 28,50 today for our laundry. This service is not what I would expect from this laundromat. Michael read more

The facilities are excellent and I love that they take cards. My only issue is the staff showing up on time. The hours seem to be arbitrary as twice I've shown up when I was in a hurry and the facility was closed 20 minutes past "open" hours. read more
