The coaches are all rad, really supportive, and you can tell they actually care about helping you improve. I mainly ran for exercise, so the gym or working out wasn't a norm for me. I struggled to staying consistent at the gym and never really enjoyed going, but this place completely changed that for me. It's become a part of my routine that I actually look forward to now. I can get in whenever I want with the 24/7 keycard access and it's never too busy. With the recent additions of the new furnace, air conditioning, extra air filtration system, and the sauna, it's really a one stop shop for wellness. It's never too hot or cold, I can get in and hit a quick cardio session before moving to my sets and circuits. James keeps his equipment and machines in top shape, and only sources the best of the best. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! I came to him with knee problems and some other strain that previous trainers seemed to ignore. Since working with Dustin I haven't had a single knee flare up, and my legs are a lot stronger! Plus my overall fitness has quite improved and Dustin has helped me with my overall wellness. But Dustin (and the other staff who are friendly and totally awesome) aside - I really love this place because it's diverse. A typical morning includes new parents with their kids in car carriers, older women lifting weights and practicing balance, boxers, marathoners, teens, even kids with special needs. Everyone fits in here. The place is basic but totally efficient and has better equipment than the rpac at Osu. The sweat box is fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's a true place of wellness.

It's a clean place and you can get your workout done but here's the issue multiple times in a 1 months time. I arrive at 5 AM when the gym is supposed to be open and the doors were not open while all the members were outside waiting to get in. I left every time after six and it was still not open on top of that they never answer their phone no matter how many times you call when you try to cancel. It's not cancel anytime it's you're gonna get billed until you send a letter via certified mail to cancel.... I think for $70+ a month my expectation is exactly where you needed to be.
