When I walked out I felt more confident and regenerated because I had not taken care of myself in a long time. It meant a lot to get such a quality cut and highlight from knowledgeable, down to earth experts. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. I wanted to take my nails off because the guy I went to previously told me I needed a new set. Plus, I wanted my nails longer anyway and previously my nails were short French nails. The lady who did my nails didn't soak them. She tried to take my nails off with another fake nail and when she pulled the acrylic off, it pulled some of my skin off on the side with it which made it start to bleed. She apologized but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. With the rest of the nails, she was consistently rough. My skin stayed intact but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable thing to go through. In the end, I didn't like the result. The white was too thick. It's literally half of my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The shape is still a bulky coffin and the white was laid on too thick. I won't come back. The stars would only be for the place itself looking clean and welcoming. That's about it.

I waited about 30 minutes to be taken pack for a pedicure which I wasn't too upset about since they did seem busy. My pedicure went fine, I have no complaints there other than the salon is extremely loud and not relaxing whatsoever. After finishing my pedicure I needed a fill- in on my nails, which I also had to wait longer for even though there were 6-7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I showed the lady that did my nails what I wanted and she didn't seem happy that I wanted a design (a simple design) I assume because they were about to close. She rushed through my nails and it was extremely clear that her and multiple other employees were talking about me, so by this point I'm just irritated and uncomfortable. The lady asked if I could come back tomorrow to do the design and I said no because I was going out of town in the morning. After about 10 more minutes of them continuing to talk about me I told her don't worry about doing the design and just leave them how they are. I was charged $155 for my pedicure and fill- in, all for my nails to look absolutely horrible, polish is cracked and chipping a few hours after leaving. I will never go back to this salon after my experience. I work in the service industry and always tip well, so I did still tip- but it was not deserved. The customer service is laughable. Don't waste your time or money here.

Bleeding everywhere, cleaned it off with the same towel he used for everything else.. It was horrible. I was not expecting that and left swollen and in pain. I have read numerous times salons aren't allowed to rip out your ingrowns. This could have led to a serious infection. I made sure to clean it multiple times a day. This was my first time here and I hate that pedicures have come to be such a stressful thing for me.. I don't go get my toes done to be in literal pain.
