My feet have been neglected for years & I do a lot of hiking which is tough on my nail beds & results in a lot of pain on the sides due to nail growth under the skin. The classic pedicure took care of my issues & left my feet refreshed. The space here is very pretty & well decorated. Seats are comfortable & equipment is new & clean. They offer free drinks for you to enjoy & the hot lemon ginger tea helped me relax & wake up for my 9am appointment. Staff were all very kind & welcoming. My tech Hannah was highly recommended on Google & she took great care of my feet & was very personable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend VSL & Hannah. I had their Monthly special, the lavender haze pedicure , and it was fabulous! Super friendly from the minute I walked in - great appt. system - clean, lovely lobby- I was offered a beverage and checked on while I waited just a bit for my appointment (I was early) - The place is immaculate, great atmosphere- feels fun and feminine. Separate rooms- one for manicures, one for pedi's - I tried the VIP quiet room since it was my birthday. The massage chairs in there unbelievably comfortable! Brand spanking new and fantastic! They even have a place to slide your arms in for a forearm and hand massage ! All the treatments during my pedicure were individually packaged & smelled amazing! Kevin was my tech and was also AMAZING! Nice long massage work... V finished off with my polish which was picture perfect and she was SO meticulous as well as fun to chat with. I can't say enough good things about both of them! Also, I was checked on multiple times throughout the appointment to see if everything was going well. The nails that have I have gotten have consistently lasted me 3 hard work weeks with no chips or cracks. I always enjoy my time there and love the large color variety! Really frustrated. Paid $160 for an acrylic fill and gel pedicure which typically lasts me 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer for the pedicure) and within a week the gel on two nail nips peeled up and the nail underneath chipped and the gel on my big toe peeled up. Went and got that fixed when I got back from vacation because I wasn't anywhere near needing a fill yet and the day after I got that fixed the gel on two different nail tips peeled up. That's unacceptable for the price I paid. They also have bizarre charges, $5 for shortening acrylics? That's always been part of the procedure anywhere else I've been. I don't have time to keep going in for fixes as a mom. Wanted to love this place because it's clean and close to home but I won't be returning. Would love my money back. read more
