Providence, complains of using the ER, for the wrong reasons, yet stop urgent care cares hours and days. Please partners and Providence, or powers that B, bring back the UREGENT CARE, don't destroy such a great place. I was referred to this office for extreme back pain. After waiting for a couple months, I had an…read moreoffice visit to see PA Stapleton. She said that my lower back MRI did not indicate necessity for any surgery. She then sent me to get another MRI for my upper back/neck, and she would let me know the results. A few days after the second MRI, I got a message from her assistant to call for those results. When I called back, I was given the MRI results by a receptionist in medical terms I did not understand and to seek more help from my primary. I was told that no surgery was necessary. That was it. No explanation why I have extreme pain in my spine. I get it, if I don't need surgery, but something is causing my pain. How disappointing to spend over $500 for MRI's and office visits to get results from a receptionist. Now I will have to put our more money to try and find someone who will help me. I will not recommend this office. I guess I should have check YELP before I made the first appointment. Sharon E.

The wait in the office to be seen was only about 10 minutes. Danielle had a big smile on her face and a very positive attitude when she got me set up in the nerve study room. Dr. Saviers came in promptly after. He very kindly addressed me and asked me about my complaints. This man is a master at what he does. He took to his work with his tools and measure whilst thoroughly taking his time educating me on everything and further hearing my story. His bedside manner was second to none as we spoke about photography and the beautiful pictures of nature in his office. He showed me how the machine worked, guided, and educated me on my nerves. I can't see this appointment going any better. The whole staff was very thorough and took their time with me. They had a great light hearted jovial attitude that comforted me. The establishment was very clean and modern incorporating nature into its atmosphere. The jolts were harmless and even more so as I relaxed. The needle was not bad at all. It was a very small needle that was very quickly and gently inserted. Again this man is a master and he knows how to get the quick little millisecond of a prick that you feel over. Very thankful to be in their presence today. I highly recommend Dr. Saviers and his office!

I need to see a neurologist and the doctor can request my records from my previous doctor a neurologist. But they won't let me make an appointment.

This January we discovered my husband had a very large tumor on his brain and has undergone three brain surgeries since, all the while we have not recieved one phone call, letter, nothing from Dr. Sachar who was his head neurologist. I understand she is a busy woman and before all of this I liked her as a doctor, unfortunately the tumor could have been prevented from growing any further had she requested the proper testing a year ago instead of pushing useless pills that barely masked my husbands pain. Still waiting to hear anything, we will absolutely be switching doctors. Know your body and listen to it, not all doctors will respond the same to your symptoms. This is my husbands life that was a stake. I'm heartbroken by this situation.

Questions about my bill were met with defensive posturing from the office accountant who informed that she didn't design the billing system so was not responsible for any screw ups (how dare I question anything in the first place!). The podiatrist seemed to just go through the motions. Selling the stupidly expensive orthotics seemed to be everyone's goal. Must be a good mark-up on those.,my cost was $470 just for the shoe inserts. All in all a bad experience. Try someone else first!

Going to this place is real on Earth hell and every single worker there is just overworked and exudes apathy for their work and the humans they serve. Do not go here if you want to be treated with any type of dignity. Drive somewhere else! Good lord!
