One took my appt then forgot about me twice. The 3rd one I set up online. So I set it up for the next morning, They took my card number, let me know a diagnostic was 125, and it would be 50 if I cancelled. I clicked submit. Later that evening I get a text asking if I'd fixed my car yet, I said no, they said see you tomorrow morning, early. I said ok. So the next morning I caught a taxi to my car and I waited, an hour after our scheduled time, I called the number that texted me the night before, I was forwarded to voicemail after a couple rings. I called ther company, they tried to get in touch with their scheduled mechanic. A few minutes later I get a call from another person from the company apologizing and offering to reschedule 2 days away. I took my free cancellation and called these guys right here from my car. I asked if they had a mechanic available today and they said yes. They explained the diagnostic would cost 100 but the fee would be waived if they are given the repair job. I quickly accepted and waited in my car, They had a mechanic by the name of Isaac make it out to me within 3 hrs. He was everything I could have hoped for. He diagnosed and had my car fixed in 45 minutes. I thanked him, paid him, tipped him, and I left and didn't look back for about a week until I remembered he had asked for a review. Isaac and mobile mechanic in Miami are my now my first choice. Thank you all for your time.

Brought my car to this place with a broken muffler I was met by a gentleman with tattoos all over…read morehis arms I think he is the owner . They put my car on the lift and quickly found the issue and asked me if I wanted to put a new muffler on the car but I refused and told them to just cut it off and weld a pipe . I was shocked when they told me it would cost me $250 when I stated that sounds a little steep for the small amount of work and material the man with tattoos said "hey I gotta make money too" so not having a choice I agreed ! They literally cut the muffler off and replaced it with a cheap aluminum pipe and ripped the $250 right out of my account . If you have to get your pipes fixed in a hurry this is a good place to be however if you come in a luxury car get ready to empty your pockets.
