I wish I could give ASAP and Greg more than 5 stars. He helped me seamlessly facilitate and coordinate a complex delivery in SF while residing in Salt Lake City. They were able to track down a UPS driver, receive an incredibly urgent package and deliver it to our client's desk (who hadn't arrived yet) before 5 p.m. All the while he kept a calm and friendly attitude even though I called him about 40 times in various states of panic. I am blown away at how far they were willing to go to help me, the promptness of delivery and the price--so affordable! ASAP delivers ON TIME! I left my credit card in Tiburon at Milano's Italian food on Sunday. Without a car I thought it would be cumbersome to take a taxi or uber or bus to Tiburon from San Francisco so I went to Yelp and saw that ASAP Courier service had terrific ratings based on the good work they do in delivering packages on time! I called around 2pm and my CC was here by 4 admidst any traffic. The owner himself (Greg) delivered my card. He saved me from having to order a new card which would have taken 7 to 10 business days--that and I was going out of town this Friday and needed card fast. Thank god for ASAP. I needed a pickup/delivery today from San Leandro to SF today so I asked for a quote at 12:00pm. I wasn't replied to until after my delivery at 2:00. All the reply said was, "Not a good fit for us.". We yes, obviously not a good fit for me either. The lack of response and customer service is appalling. I would not recommend. **update to two stars** A second email explained that my small 3'x 3" diameter tube wouldn't fit it their small cars and then was pointed in the direction of another courier. 8pm on Friday. I realize I forgot to drop my dog's meds off where he is staying in Windsor/Healdsburg for a few weeks. Merde! I filled out a request form and within about 5 minutes I had a quote sent to my email. I called the number and confirmed the order. No hassle, no attitude, just great customer service. My daughter was traveling and needed to pick up something from a travel agent and more tasks than she had time for. They picked up the package and delivered it across town and dropped it in her mail slot just as I had instructed. When they were done, I even got an email saying it was delivered in the mail slot. I wish everyone worked like this! The price was reasonable so I will definitely use them again. It seems like we always need to pick up things or take things places which can really take time in the city, especially if you don't use a car. read more

I requested a birthday cake to be picked up for my employers fathers birthday. ASAP courier never picked up the order nor did they catch that they flaked on the order. I found out 6 hours after the pick up time. They offered a refund for the service but I am out the money for the cake that never got picked up and delivered as well as looking totally unprofessional to my employer.
