He was efficient and knew what he was doing (seriously, just let him adjust your fingers on the scanner and you'll be out of there in no time lol) so the whole process went smoothly. Although the service was friendly, they dropped the ball big time. My international shipment was delayed multiple weeks due to them not sending the manifest. I have to say, I am very pleasantly happy about this store. I had to mail something via DHL to Europe and when I called, the attendant told me that they could ship via DHL. Excellent! When I got there, everything was ready to be shipped, and the owner and his daughter were wicked friendly and actually helped me a great deal. First they confirmed the address. Then they repackaged my box because, well, I did a sucky job wrapping it. Then they looked up various shipping options and I switched to FedEx, being a quicker ship method and cheaper. Wow!! Not bad. Stopped in to drop off 3 small boxes for shipping. They were prepaid and required nothing from the retailer. I set the boxes on the counter and told the young woman sitting and reading behind the counter that they were ready to go. She barked at me that they belong "over there" while she gestured. She then came over and shoved the boxes off the counter at me and again barked to "put them in that bin!" Thankfully I had already paid for the shipping costs. This is close to my home, but I won't step foot in here again. There are other more courteous businesses in the area. read more

We've had a mailbox here for almost two years. We will keep renewing it for as long as we need a mailbox. We've been moving around a lot and it's very convenient. Paul is an awesome guy. He remembers you and takes good care of his customers. I You can elect to get notifications via email/text every time you receive mail and/or packages. This is really helpful since my bf and I work a lot and don't want to waste our time going to check our mail only to come up empty handed. The package notifications also let you know who sent them. I am sad to write a negative review. I want to support our local small businesses, and I will continue to do so except this one. I questioned the pricing on mailing an envelope. Rather than politely explaining that they charge slightly more than the post office, the representative rudely handed my envelope back and said "you are welcome to take it down the road to the post office" and then walked away. He also then added that I'm going to pay more in gas to go to the post office. I don't mind paying more to mail at this store, but the rudeness is a complete turn off. At the post office I alway has exceptional customer service, to me that's worth the drive. read more
