I called the owner operator, Wade Smith, to file a complaint. During the call he would speak over and attempted to not let me speak. He hung up on me and is refusing any calls. Do not use this poorly ran and operated company. I will call everyday to file a complaint. He stated the HOA was fine with the work when our neighborhood has not one in the ten years I've lived here. This guy will leave you high and dry or will ignore you if there is a problem. Honestly would rate lower if possible. Sorry crew and sorry owner.

For starters, instead of cutting the limb back to the tree, the cut it off at around 10 feet, for a dead limb. Two, they did not clean up the roof at all. Left crap everywhere and claimed "The contract doesn't allow us to clean up after ourselves." The top of the crop was them dropping the debris they did clean up right on the power box...... and half way into our neighbors driveway. Ben came right away, gave me a reasonable price and quickly did the work. He deftly maneuvered the grinding equipment into place. The remote control he used made the work infinitely safer. After he finished he thoroughly cleaned the area, removing pieces of roots and using leaf blower to clean my driveway and the street. I would definitely use his services again.
