He inspected the rest of the perimeter & basement for any other sign of pest trouble. When asked if they deal with moles, he informed me in certain areas they do but not in my part of Northern, KY. Instead he gave me tips on how to rid the yard of moles doing it on my own. At the end of the inspection he gave me some sticky boards for the cave crickets we occasionally get in the basement. We signed a 6 month contract but based on Arab's analysis they said they would probably only need three months to solve the problem. And they did only need three. My guess is that they could solve any problem with 6 months. At any rate they had no intention of charging us for 6 months, because they did not charge us for 6 months when they were able to determine they had solved the problem after 3 months. Arab was referred to us by a friend who had hired them. We had estimates from a few exterminators, but the estimates were ridiculously high and all the others wanted to do was heat the house, which can and would do weird things to wood, wherever wood happens to be in a house. And that isn't guaranteed to work anyway. Arab is minimally intrusive. Hire Arab. Let them do whatever they think is necessary. Do everything they say you should do. There may be things you should do in order to maximize Arab's effectiveness when it comes to bedbugs. Let Arab work with you to solve your problem. You'll see that everything I say here is true.
