ZERO STARS!!!!! My neighbor used this company to get some squirrels out of their house. My neighbor was told the squirrels would be treated humanely and released locally. Both were lies! I saw one of the squirrel that had been trapped. It's little head and face had cuts all over it. It was a bloody mess and needed help. The JERK who trapped the squirrel wouldn't allow any of us to help it. He shoved the cage into the back of his death truck with the raccoon and 2 opossums he had already caught and just kept saying it was HIS! He wouldn't even release it at the wishes of the home owner. My neighbor asked if it was really going to be released locally. The trapper said , " Yes. In Adams County." Well they are stupid as well as liars because we live in Hamilton County. Adams county is certainly not local. BEWARE! If you are a decent human being who doesn't want the animal harmed don't call this company! They are VIAL, DESPICABLE LIARS!!!!! read more

Referred by a friend, I'm so glad that the Critter People helped me with my squirrel problem. Greg, Jr. gave such a thorough initial assessment and taught me so many tips about prevention and what to watch for. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and helped me know my options. The assessment cost about $200. Then the trapping phase began for squirrels and blocking the space to shoo away birds. Prepare yourself to call/text every single day to report on trap activity. There is a price per trapped/released elsewhere rodents. Critter People also made the necessary repairs to prevent the reoccurrence of my problem. The home visits that Greg, Jr., Greg, Sr., and Tim made were reliable, with great communication, thorough care, and no sense that I was being pressured to do anything. This company did a great job last racoon season. I was a bit leary about hiring a racoon removal service bc I wasn't at all knowledge about the process. They set traps. Removed the coons each day they were trapped. Only twice. But the process took weeks, and they were constantly there checking the area to see if there was any activity. Overall made a what was a horrible experience for our house a much better one by being honest, knowledgeable, responsive and hardworking. We discovered raccoons in our chimney on a Wednesday and called ASAP Critter Ridder (ASAPCR). The next day traps were installed. ASAPCR promised to pick up any captured animals on the day they were trapped if we called by 10am. We called before 10am that Sunday and ASAPCR picked up two trapped raccoons by Noon; the same thing occurred until all the raccoon squatters were evicted. In sum, ASAPCR did what it promised and the personnel always provided good information and were cheerful--a happy combination. And the price of the service was, in our judgment, most reasonable.
