Now that the "negatives" are out of the way, I can state that these folks are professionals and good at what they do. Within a half hour, they'd figured out a plan of attack and began executing it. Ten minutes after that, the first squirrel was caged and out of my life. We are still in Phase 1 of squirrel removal, but I will update this review as the process continues. Side note: the two gentlemen they sent out were veterans. I buy American when I can and fully support businesses who go out of their way to hire our veterans.
