I chickened out & got new, but they offer both. The bad is they only sell the battery & give you a credit for the core. That means- bring in the old truck, van or car battery for an exchange OR tools to replace it yourself. (They do not lend tools either) They only sale car batteries.

They are an outlet for a Manufacturer (Deka) of lead acid batteries. When you buy there you know what you're getting, a new factory battery, not one that's been sitting on a shelf at a discount tire store for 2 or 3 years! When a battery gets 6-months old, they recharge it. If it still doesn't sell, and gets to be one year old, they re-charge it again, mark it "BLEM" and then sell it for less than half price. Those are the ones that I try to buy for my collector cars. I usually get 4 or 5 years out of one. Their service is excellent, they will put a battery in for you if you have the vehicle with you. Their selection is virtually unlimited in that they have batteries for fork lifts, motorcycles, boats, deep cycle, you name it! You should bring a core with you, but it doesn't have to be the battery that you're replacing.

I drove there and was quickly acknowledged and we went to the car. The answer was yes, I was shown my choices and purchased them and the wonderful gentlemen went with me back to the car and wrangled both old ones out and inserted the new ones. I am so appreciative of the people at this store. I've gotten great advice several times and each worker has been wonderful. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of at this store like some other places

Every 10 years, MO issues new plates. The front plate was able to be removed and replaced with no…read moreissues. The rear plate however tested every ounce of patience I and many others have. The rear bumper has 2 little square pieces that attach to the plastic on the bumper. I tried for about 15 minutes with no success. A neighbor saw me and he tried, also, with no success and much frustration. I drove to a friends home who said he would help me. He was finally able to get one side on. But then the other side chipped, it's just thin plastic. An elderly neighbor of his was walking by with his dog and he offered his help. These two men tried for about 20 minutes. With the little plates and screws falling behind the bumper and needing to bang them out. Then they tried to silicone on another plate. No success. So the old man told me to go to an auto store and get the little plates So here I am. Heather helped me find the license plate hardware I desperately needed. I went out to put it on but was stymied how to do so with part of the hole gone. I went back in and Ben came out. He had it on and held in place in less than 5 minutes!
