I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. I was VERY impressed with the service that I received from R&R Roadside Assistance! My company is based in Indiana. One of our drivers suffered a flat tire in Maryland Heights, MO [late on a Sunday afternoon!] and didn't have a spare tire with him. After dialing two other shops who couldn't help, I called R&R to see if they could offer any suggestions. Rocky immediately checked to see if he had any tires that might fit our van, but he didn't have one on-hand that matched our lug pattern. Feeling defeated, I thanked him for his efforts and hung up the phone ... I then started mentally preparing to make the unexpected 5-hour drive to Missouri with a spare tire. About 15 minutes later, I was surprised to get a call back from Rocky. He said he wanted to keep me from having to make the long drive and offered a solution... He went to our van, removed the wheel, took it to a used tire shop (just before they closed on a Sunday night!), and had them replace the tire. He then delivered the wheel back to our driver and put it on our van. We were on the road in no time! Before calling me, Rocky took the time to contact the tire shop to make sure they had a tire in stock and confirm they could change it before they closed. Rocky really came through for us! He could have ended our first phone call and never thought about us again, but he showed genuine concern for our situation and an eagerness o help. He did everything that he promised he would do and was friendly and efficient. The price he charged was also incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend R&R Roadside Assistance enough!
