Rocky immediately checked to see if he had any tires that might fit our van, but he didn't have one on-hand that matched our lug pattern.

Second, the driver (Douglas, I believe) called to let us know he was on his way. I gave him my location as best as possible (just hit a deer doing 65, was a bit shaken and flaky), he managed to find us in the parking lot maze. Even with my crappy description. Douglas is, simply put, amazing. He helped me find my keys that I somehow misplaced. He then helped me look for my phone, which I managed to misplace while looking for my keys. He helped get my 84 year old, 4'9" tall mom into the big ass truck for the ride home. He was a calming influence on both of us. He then kept a conversation going during the 30+ mile drive to my house to dump the car off. When we got to the house, his first concern was helping my mom out of the car. Look, anyone can tow your car. There are a million companies out there who can do it. Lord knows, I've had my share of clunkers that needed towed and have used plenty of different companies to tow them. What you don't run across often is that level of customer service and genuine caretaking. I haven't used them before, but I will certainly call them again if I find myself in need.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more My Kawasaki Ninja 650 has been at Jim Trenary Motorsports for about two months, and the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Communication is terrible. I was told on at least 15 different occasions that someone would call me back, and I only received one callback--and that's because I kept calling them repeatedly. The biggest issue was the diagnosis. It took them about three and a half weeks just to diagnose the bike. Their Kawasaki technicians couldn't figure out the problem, even though I told them from the beginning that it was likely a welded gear caused by overheating, which is a known issue on Ninja 650s. Instead, they diagnosed it as a clutch plate issue and ordered parts for that repair. After waiting over a month and a half for the repair, they put everything back together and the bike had the exact same problem. The original diagnosis was wrong, and the bike had to be torn back down to address the actual issue. Adding to the delays, after the parts for the first repair had already been delivered to the dealership, I was informed that they had been misplaced in the parts department. From what I was told, a newer employee accidentally misplaced them. I understand that mistakes happen, but it still resulted in additional delays to a process that was already taking far too long at that point. What frustrated me even more was that after the correct parts arrived and my bike was waiting to be reassembled, I was told the technician had started working on a different project and would not be able to get back to my bike until the following week. After my bike had already been sitting there for nearly two months, I found it hard to understand why a newly arrived project was being worked on before a customer who had already been waiting that long. Even after the second repair was completed, I still wasn't contacted. I had to call them myself to get an update. During that call, I was told the bike was back together and only needed a test ride before pickup. I was then told it should be ready sometime that week. Overall, the communication, diagnosis, turnaround time, and customer service were extremely disappointing. I spent weeks waiting for callbacks that never came, dealt with a misdiagnosis that could have been avoided, experienced delays caused by misplaced parts, and repeatedly had to call for updates myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jim Trenary Motorsports.

For this to be a private business the owner is very arrogant and rude in how he talks to people in general. Very bad communication all together I can see why this business only has 2.5 stars. I have heard worse from previous customers as well and wil not be using them ever again.

ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more *Not my accident, I was there to help clear out the car and make sure it was towed to the correct place for insurance to evaluate. For the purpose of this post, I'll refer to it as "my" car. As I was arriving, Docs Towing showed up to the scene of an accident to tow "my" car. As the un-named "tow guy" was working to get my car hooked up, (and because I noticed another car already on the carrier) I quickly approached him and asked if he would be able to take my car directly to my preferred auto body repair place. He said no, and that it would go to their lot. (Exactly what I didn't want) He then proceeded to give me the "This is how we do it, this is why you have insurance, I've been doing this for 50 years" song and dance before busily running off to finish hooking my car up.....(Um, EXCUSE ME?!?!) It was 100% clear that he was not going to give me another opportunity to give the address of where I wanted the car to go, so I asked the police officer at the scene if HE would please ask Mr. Tow Guy to take my car to my preferred auto body repair place and to please let him know if that wasn't going to be possible I would call another tow company. This police officer wasn't looking to get involved and by the time I had the words out of my mouth the tow truck was already driving off. So here's what ACTUALLY happened, the police called the tow company, Mr. Tow Guy saw three chicks standing on the side of the road with a car that clearly needed to be towed. Instead of ASKING or LISTENING, he took advantage of the situation, hooked the car up and went on his way, as fast as he could, to collect all the fees he can possibly collect from "my" insurance company. Hey Mr. Tow Guy, how about next time you have an encounter with a female, you treat her with respect instead of acting like a complete jackass, and maybe your company will avoid another negative review.
