When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

I politely asked if they could wipe it down. The employee said no and got a manager. Without even attempting to remove it, the manager immediately told me it would cost $150. Let that sink in: I went from a $31 car wash to a $150 upsell without anyone lifting a finger to help. The issue wasn't the tire dressing--it was the terrible customer service. No effort, no accountability, and no concern for the customer. They treated me like a transaction, not a person. If your business can't spend two minutes fixing simple problem after taking a customer's money, you're not getting my money anymore- you're just pushing cars through a line. Look at the pictures..... it's a car wash. That's what they're supposed to do. Easy solution. Negative results.

Likewise an awesome shop. Both were reasonable and did the job right. Friendly too. It's really nice to find reliable mechanics for a classic vehicle. They're hard to find!!!

Most of my visits have been for window tint, and I usually go with their FormulaOne Stratos film, which has always come out flawless. This time, I decided to go all in with full tint and Ceramic Pro. Part of the Ceramic Pro package includes paint correction, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish on my car came out incredible, deep, clean, and better than I expected. They quickly responded, asking me why I wanted to tint etc, once I explained why, they emailed me a detailed quote and broke down doing the roof separate from the windows. I visited the shop this morning to see what I thought and what tint value I wanted. This place is super clean with a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y waiting area with soda and chips. The people who work there are super friendly and knowledgable about what they are doing with tint. I had them to the sunroof glass panels only with the mid grade ceramic and not that dark either. The result is amazing how much heat is coming off the glass into the cars interior, it's like night and day. So, I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I am not easy to please when it comes to work like this.
