I recently hired Flawless for a full detail, and I'll start by saying the quality of the work was great. The car came out looking really good, and it's clear they take pride in the actual detailing. That said, I had a frustrating experience with pricing that I think needs to be called out. When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises. read more

Called them and was able to get something scheduled right away. I had a SUV where a latte dropped on the floor and was there for a couple of weeks. Yea, very disgusting! They were able to get the stink out in one detailing and I am so thankful. The SUV ended up having another spill I was not aware of from the trunk. They cleaned that up as well. I will definitely reach out again to them for my sedan. It was so easy that they can come to your house and the price is competitive. I also love that is is a father and son company. read more

Contacted Daniel based off other Yelp reviews. We needed a detail on our 21 year old RV. Of course it has been washed and waxed over the years, (including a few years ago when I spent three full weekends, by myself, with a D/A polisher,) but constant sun really did a number on the paint and gel coat and I knew it was time to call in the pros! Plus, I could not bear the idea of another 3 full weekends of work trying to do it myself. Daniel and his crew spent a solid 7 hours cutting through all the chalky gel goat, getting the panels smooth, then making it look shiny again. There is a polish and protective layer put on that will help the rig looking great for six months. Daniel even came back the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns after I had a chance to inspect the work on my own. I didn't see anything wrong at all, but his discerning eye saw tiny areas that he touched up. He even gave me some protective spray and a huge microfiber to take care of the dirt and bugs that we might encounter until the next time he touches the RV. Basically, our rig can now proudly sit next to any newer RV and no one would really know she was 21-years old! Daniel and the Flawless crew really took care of her and made her look great. read more

Very disappointing experience. Sharing the same sentiment as the other reviews here. The company was not upfront or honest when it came to pricing and immediately tried to upsell once they arrived. We originally requested a standard wash for our 4-door Mercedes, but after showing up, they claimed it would take much longer and that we needed to pay significantly more for the work to be done properly. If your pricing is based on hourly labor rather than the actual service being advertised, then that should be clearly stated upfront instead of wasting people's time. It feels very misleading to quote one thing and then arrive only to pressure customers into paying double for a "better" cleaning. There was also constant pushing of additional services we did not ask for. I even remember seeing videos on Instagram from the owner talking about teaching staff to upsell during appointments and encourage customers to add more services in order to increase the total ticket. That mentality clearly reflects in the customer experience. Dishonest business practices like this lose trust, integrity, and long-term clients. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time and we will never use them again. read more

Just completed a exterior detail with Joey and I'm impressed he did an excellent job on my Model Y. He went above and beyond and it really shows in the results. During my appointment he spent over 3-4 hours for a $160 flat rate with the Yelp special. My car looked liked it just came out the show room, and even better than when I received the car when I had bought it. He was friendly, and was highly communicative including the small things he noticed during the detailing process. My middle-aged Accord was in much need of some TLC. I booked an exterior wash/interior detail easily through Yelp and got a time in the upcoming week that worked great for my schedule - super convenient to have them come to my house as well so that I could get it cleaned during work hours. Joey came out promptly, if not a little early, to do my car and did a fantastic job, especially with the interior. He was also realistic about what may and may come out in regards to some small stains - although he ended up getting all the stains out of the upholstery just fine. It may sound cliche, but the interior of my car looks just as pristine as when it came off the lot. Total was $170 - definitely not a price I'd drop frequently by any means, but it was worth it and something I'd consider doing twice a year or so. I really messed up my tires with a "durable tire dressing" that didn't work out so well and was given crazy prices to clean. Daniel quoted me a very reasonable price which I agreed. My experience was ok. Pro: Was able to detail my car within 24 hours of requesting a quote due to a last minute cancellation. Pro: Detailer was able to get stains out of seats and worked on the interior of my car for just under 2 hours. My interior looks great. Con: I agreed to the price due to the urgency of needing a detail but honestly, I know I was over charged. I paid $250 for an interior detail and car wash for my compact car. After seeing reviews here for $170 for the same service on full size sedans... uhh yeah I feel cheated. They made out with an extra 80 dollars. Just OK: No exterior detailing was done. Although I do appreciate that my driver side wheels look cleaned up. So I know the car wash was of decent quality. I'd recommend to others if they can negotiate a significant price reduction.
