Great experience at ASAP. I had a nikkor lens that appeared to have a piece of debris on it. After a thorough and knowledgeable examination of the lens and my Z7 II, Malachi pointed out a small hair on my camera's sensor. He spent quite a bit of time figuring out the problem yet barely charged me for the effort. Clearly knows his way around camera equipment. My camera and lens work great again! Without a doubt, i have received the rudest most unprofessional service from ASAP in the last week! I have been a client for 25 years with ASAP, and in the past 10 days, placed an order including enlargements of photos to be placed in frames I purchased from Jason! After spending $1,100 on enlargements and frames, one of their staff members was beyond rude and completely disrespectful to me, all which was overhead by a large group of people listening in by speaker phone! Jason, the owner, was made aware and did absolutely nothing! When I picked up my framed enlargements, they were wrapped in plastic and placed in my car by Carter! I drive them to the site of our special event, unsealed them to find the 4 corners of the frames were damaged! I took photos immediately and emailed them to Jason! Received no response! On Monday of this week I returned them to store owner and showed him the damaged corners on the frames, and told him I expected them to replace the large frames! Today I get a call from Jason, the owner, saying my new frames are in and ready! And he then informs me they would "meet me half way' on cost of those frames! He said "frames were fine when they left the store"! This level of complete disregard for the customer, and quite frankly the level of disrespect from him and his staff over the course of a week, is unacceptable! He took my $1,100 cash up front, before ever completing the job or me inspecting the work! Clearly it is obvious why he took my $1,100 up front! We will file a judgement against the business and a BBB complaint! Do yourself a favor, do business elsewhere! read more

great friendly staff. Bruce the manager is awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and fun. They do trade ins and know how to treat the customer right. they also do some awesome deals on printing and now offer metal prints. they have a customer with me for life. This is my go to store for all camera and photo needs. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have worked with most of their staff and gotten to know them on a first name basis. They are very competitive when it comes to price. If I am doing a shoot, I can bounce ideas or questions off of them and get great answers. In addition, the lab is working on a directory for me and has been very professional with the process. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience there. I refer anyone with a camera need to them. read more
