Instead of simply giving us $4 in change, the person said "ay you gave me too much." Like, really? The second time we went, a different woman was completely neglecting us at check-out. She was confused about the plants. We bought four of the same kind of plant, and she insisted that the plants were different. They weren't. After she scanned all our items, she got distracted and went to the other cash register to do something. When she came back, she had to re-scan all our items. What a waste of time. Lowe's had to place another order for the screen, which was not installed until 06/16/2026. There is a 2 inch gap between the screen and frame of the door, because the door was installed improperly. I have exhausted all patience with Lowes and the installers. I am waiting to see how they are going to rectify the issue. DO NOT ORDER DOORS FROM LOWES, AS THIS IS NOT THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE!

Gentleman cleaning carts in the foyer was wearing a plastic splash guard, which is NOT a mask. His work there made a bottle neck, he was chatting with a couple (no masks) for more than 5 minutes. People has to squeeze past the three of them and the carts. The clerk bringing me my purchases did not wear a mask. I had him put the items in the back, and I had to tell him I would close the trunk. I came home and sanitized my items and left them in the garage, they will stay for 24 hours. The parking lot was packed, there was no one limiting the number of people entering the store. I am glad there is curbside pickup, it's too dangerous to shop there now.
