They stepped in quickly last summer when another contractor was unable to complete the work and finished the exterior paint job during a week we were away on vacation. Came home to a wonderful finished product. Brent also returned to do touch-up which was appreciated. Anthony just was out to paint exterior and interior of the new front door and sidelights that completed the job and he was absolutely terrific! Anthony was at our place for an entire day -- more than he certainly expected. He was polite, professional, understanding (the a/c went out during his visit!) and the finished product is beautiful. I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. We worked with Justin on 3 custom pieces for our bedroom. We knew we wanted to feature live edge…read morewood but we had specific designs / measurements we wanted. Justin worked with us to confirm the height of our bed and headboard, the dimensions for our nightstands, and the dimensions and specific design of our dresser. We're very happy with the result. Prices are fair for the quality of the work. We have been very happy with the craftsmanship. The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

I'd give them five stars but I have several small complaints that knock them out of five-star stardom. 1. I think the cost to repair 4 drawers was about $75 to $100 too high...total cost for what they did should have been $200 tops. My bad for not asking specifically what they will do and how much it will cost per drawer. 2. They were supposed to have replaced the rubber bumper's and forgot even after discussing this several times before the job was completed. I'm giving them 4 stars because they really were easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and even though there were some issues, they corrected those issues without complaint and did so promptly. As for the rubber bumpers, I know if I called them they'd be here first thing in the morning to add the bumpers. Since the bumpers are so cheap and readily available at most hardware stores, I'll do it myself. I could have done the work myself for around $15. I decided to go with Mr. Handyman because I believe it's critically important right now to support our small business community and I still stand behind that. Support these folks, our restaurants and our city. We will all come out of this better, stronger and more efficient. My advice is to shop around; get several estimates before you commit. Mr. Handyman is a possible good option but I feel they are a tad on the pricey side. Also, the job they did for me was very simple. I can't say how'd they would do if the job were more complex.
