A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

I ended up having the door re-installed by Montano Construction properly this time as well as having a storm door added and we were very happy with the results. Quality and attention to detail was really good and I feel comfortable knowing my door is not cooked and the little details regarding weather protection and structural integrity were accounted for. They also cleaned up the debris from the install. They could've charged me more considering the time it took to get everything up to their quality standard, but charged the initial quote. Jacob arrived early on a Monday and completed the two rooms by about lunchtime. He worked alone but quickly and efficiently. Both areas were cleaned up well too. We could tell when the job was finished that Jacob was a meticulous craftsperson and paid attention to all the details. The floors were beautiful and the installation exceeded our expectations. Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!
