Dr. Travis McCathie, who specializes in manual therapy and rehabilitation, joined in late April. Nathan Sigg joined HCRC as a summer internship position. Where else could you go for this type of support system, all in one place. His office staff are top notch too! Dr. Miller's vision is awesome; a chiropractic center, with a state-of-the-art gym, and a physician who specializes in manual therapy and rehabilitation. It runs like a fine-tuned machine. But after wasting a few trips going to the office over the course of a few months to set up getting a big implant procedure, ALL of the sudden Sarah and Dr. Tim told me they would not be making enough money on their contracted price with the insurance company and would only do it if I paid the full regular price ! ​​office manager, Sarah said they were now in the process of getting out of their contract with the insurance company. I immediately called my insurance company who said they were still a network provider and the Ins. had approved my procedure... Total beat and switch! Don't fall for Dr ​Tim's phony bedside manner!

I presented myself, at their front desk, and after going thru the proof of insurance mumbo-jumbo, I made an appointment with my new personal doctor, Dr Karen Swallen. Wow...what a resume. Graduated from Yale, with a BS. Then, she went on to get a PHD. 5 Years later...she went to medical school, and obtained her MD, from the UW. When I first met her, I commented, that with her educational background, I was surprised she wasn't practicing on Michigan Ave, in Chicago...or Park avenue in New York. She confessed that, at heart, she is just a small town girl. She then gave me a complete physical. She then set up a strategy, for combating, and controling my Type II diabetes, my Atril defibrillation, and my COPD. I left, feeling my general health prognosis, was definitely, in GOOD HANDS. Who would have thunk, that this kind of an outstanding Physician, would become my Primary Care Physician...in central Wisconsin. I feel truly blessed...Glen B.

I wish to God I knew of these folks long ago. They kept telling me how well I had taken care of my teeth, no issues or cavities...Dr. Ted is number 1 on my list now. I had my check up and cleaning and the cleaning by Samantha was a walk in the park compared to what I was so afraid of. These folks are so friendly and professional and just a real pleasure to visit. I actually look forward to my next visit in 6 months.....what a nut .... (:
