And after trying to negotiate, they simply blamed the accountant and said math isn't her strong suit.

I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need. The outside is nothing to look at but don't let that fool you. The waiting room is clean with ac in the summer and heat in the winter. There seems to always be a couple of locals gossiping every morning. Get there early for the quickest service. Billy has a lot in stock but sometimes he has to order your tires and the earlier he orders them the quicker you get them. I have had major brake overhauls done here. He always tells you what you need to do now and what can wait a while. The prices are as good as any chain stores in the bigger cities and it saves you gas money. I will continue to go there as long as he is in business. You don't see quality, honesty and integrity much anymore but you get it here!
