If you have an issue and request a manager - there is silence on the other end from ORKIN. You have a choice when it comes to your home and it shouldn't be ORKIN - not based off my experiences. Later that day after the treatment was complete, we found two live bedbugs. We contacted Michelle the owner and told her what we had found. She sent Brian out the next day to pick up the two bugs that we had found. We were told that they would look at the two bugs under a microscope to identify what they were. Michelle said, she would solve the mystery so that we didn't have to go through this. And as of today we have not heard from her or the company and we have since found other live bugs.
