If you have an issue and request a manager - there is silence on the other end from ORKIN. You have a choice when it comes to your home and it shouldn't be ORKIN - not based off my experiences. February 9th, Michelle with Extreme Heat came to our home and looked at what we had found and…read moreidentified them as bed bugs. A heat treatment for the house was scheduled for February 14th. Later that day after the treatment was complete, we found two live bedbugs. We contacted Michelle the owner and told her what we had found. She sent Brian out the next day to pick up the two bugs that we had found. We were told that they would look at the two bugs under a microscope to identify what they were. Michelle said, she would solve the mystery so that we didn't have to go through this. And as of today we have not heard from her or the company and we have since found other live bugs. Only gave 1 because we had to.

If only all businesses and employees enjoyed their work as much as these folks do…read more Did afternoon on a Saturday I found my dogs scratching at a floor vent and growling as if something was in there. I put my ear down to the vent and i could hear some sort of scratching and knew we had a serious problem. I did not have time to do proper research and was only able to reach out to some locals who I thought might have some information. I was given one name by four different people. Bay Area wildlife solutions is fantastic. I did not get a run around. I was told somebody would be out within 24 hours and sure enough they were they were at 9 AM the next day. The problem was able to be located very quickly. A family of squirrels had pulled away some of the ceiling material so that they could snuggle up against the vent for the furnace. I was concerned that we were going to have real trouble getting a whole group of squirrels out of the small area. The technician explained to me that it is a very common occurrence and he felt that he could have it cleared up within five days. The whole process was explained to me, I was showing the traps that would be mounted near where the squirrels were nesting. I was assured that someone would check the traps every day so that none of the animals were stuck in the sun and run the risk of dying. Once they confirmed that all the schools were gone from this area a very professional job was done sealing the area so that we would not have future problems. As I was out of the area while the removal was being done, I'd like to point out that I received both voicemails and text messages letting me know the status of each day. At the end of the week, before I even had a chance to check myself, I received an email exchange with pictures showing me the work. And confirming that I was happy with the service. I want to recommend this company with my highest praise. Professional. Honest. Efficient. While I hope to never need such service again, it is nice to know that these guys are around and in the ball
