He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot. At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant had still been experiencing rodent activity during this time. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere, not worth it.

Scheduling his time was easy too, Joe was flexible on dates so we could land on a date and time where I could be in-person. On the day of the inspection, he arrived right on-time (10 mins early to be exact). Joe was very thorough in his inspection, explaining what he was seeing as he was seeing it. He was helpful in answering my questions during the inspection as well. After the inspection, Joe sent us an incredibly detailed inspection report, complete with pictures, arrows and descriptions to go along with them. The report was very clear to follow and very helpful in the next step of our home buying process.
