He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting started going around the whole house cleaning and knocking down all of the webs before beginning the application. He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot.
