Drew was the technician who came to my house and applied the first treatment on 10/01/25. He assessed my situation and could clearly see the issue I was dealing with. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting started going around the whole house cleaning and knocking down all of the webs before beginning the application. He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot. I am writing this review on 10/11/25 because I wanted to be able to let potential customers know that as of today I do not have a spider problem and any spiders that decided to show up after the fact and attempt to set up house had ZERO success. When a young tech named Jose showed up recently, he insisted on using the treatment that didn't work, and started giving me an unsolicited tutorial on ants.
