This place is a joke. Sure, the prices are decent--but the customer service? Completely hit or miss. Walked in expecting to speak with someone like I did last time (on a solid recommendation), but nope--kiosk only. They told me I had to place a prepaid order. No exceptions, no help, no effort. Just a huge line and zero communication. What's the point of waiting if you're going to be turned away at the counter? I ended up walking out and heading over to Solar Cannabis--way better experience. Friendly, helpful staff who actually want to talk to you and guide you through your purchase. Checking around for some new places to try. Fell upon this place. Apparently it's a cannabis outlet. Arrived and saw a line cringing thinking I am going to wait for hours. I have my card so I am a snob about this type of thing I could not believe how quick the process was. Was in and out in less than 10 min . Once you walk in you put your order thru a kiosk. It actually amazing how you can select how you want to feel , what category you want , amounts etc. before you can even hit submit I was at the counter with my items. They are very well staffed and very smooth. The prices are incredible I got a couple 4 dollar gram preeolls , 1/8 for 12.50 and 1/4 of shake for 23. Will definitely be back. The vape pens ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS come 80-90% full. For these prices it should be completely full...the flower is always low quality, doesn't even get you there. I only tried the cheap flower though so not sure about the higher prices ones. But all vape carts from 15-28$ are always not even close to full. I am a ascend rewards member and I finally reached the $20 off an order 500 points and when I went in to order the cashier was so rude so disrespectful and condescending, I let her know i wanted to use my discount after spending over $500 dollars here and she made me feel stupid when I brought up it was a $20 dollar discount instead of $10. Busy store, a bit noisy. Excellent prices and fast service though. This morning, I ordered online, and had it delivered to my house. So a few issues first I'm a frequent customer who placed an order last evening order #21 on 1/2/24. Can you explain to me why my order was cancelled and why wasn't I notified and why I should continue to use your dispensary? Second your email doesn't work? It's safe to say I used to come here every other day. The return policy has always been three days. The employees never really emphasize that you should keep the receipt. I have never had a problem with one of their products until today the product i purchased yesterday had cracked and a piece of glass fell into the vapeable product making it unsafe for consumption. I work early 3:30am and im sometimes stuck working til 2 or 3 pm depending. As soon as my shift is over, I went down with an attempt to return my defective product. The lady called a supervisor. Who for some reason thought I was yelling at her I'm Portuguese we're naturally loud. I let that be known several times that I was not yelling, but I was unhappy. It's a lot of money to spend for something to get wasted because it kept cracked. When I asked for her supervisor, she was also no help. She was exceptionally rude and when I was thinking about buying a different cart she was telling me she was going to call the police ?! at that point I said there's other dispensaries. This is ridiculous.
