Even bothering to go the $25 item will not be an inventory and they'll want to sell you something for $50. Called multiple places multiple times today to ask if an item online is still available. I'm told yes, I go, and that's not the case. Bought a certain deal. Went back next day and they said they can't and don't do that even though I've showed receipt proving they do and did. Budtenders didn't know what's on menu. I try to buy a cart they have listed for vapes; bud tender says what's that we don't carry that. I show him on the website. He says oh that's labeled wrong we only have half grams. Comes back oh no way I found them. I then noticed they're expired!!! Why are items that are clearly expired on your menu!? Such a mess!! And they did nothing to make up for all of this. Compared to the other dispensaries I've been to in Massachusetts, I must say this place operates on a much different level than other places. Firstly, the space is much larger. Their parking lot is great and the line up area is covered which is good in the event of inclement weather. When you pull into the lot, you drive around the back and side of the building. There's a tent where an employee greets you and hands you a menu. While waiting on line, another employee checks your ID. When you go inside and get to the counter, the person helping you checks and scans your ID and then proceeds to assist you. Now onto the products... NEA has an incredible selection and with confidence, I can assure you that they have something for everybody. I personally prefer the Cannatini gummies which are cocktail inspired. As for their flower, they have plenty of variety and I have no complaints about how it's cured and trimmed - definitely not disappointing. In conclusion, I have no complaints. Northeast Alternatives is a phenomenal east coast dispo! I used to live in California so my herbal expectations are high and NEA always provides top quality cannabis at fantastic prices. Scooped an oz of Punch Breath (Purple Punch x Mendo Breath), for $98 the other day. Most of their flower is from their own brands which allows them to keep their prices on point. The only downside to this is that they mainly keep to their own rotation of strains which they have quite a few of, but if you're a regular (like me) the rotation can get old after a while. But as I said, if you're looking for quality flower at a great discount then this is a one stop shop. Right on the RI/MA border makes it easy for both states to access, especially if you live in coastal RI. PS. Bring back Modified Grapes that was my favorite! Hard to find grape terps! read more

I've been driving 35-40 mins to this dispensary since the opening. They occasionally have great deals, SOME of the employees are cool. (Particularly Johnny Tsunami, such a great vibe). Unfortunately, yesterday I had a horrible experience with the security which changed my whole mindset about this place. Instead of speaking to me like adults he's going to decide to holler at me from outside my vehicle as I'm in the process of leaving. I would've been more than happy to listen and converse with this old man but his approach was completely unacceptable. I reached out to customer service, expressing how the security has made me feel uncomfortable and that's not ok. Instead of providing open dialogue to find a common ground, there was blame shift and no accountability. Making it seem as if I'm a criminal for something that could've avoided by having an actual conversation and not being creepy, aggressive and overall weird approach. I would've not went period because its not a necessity. I would've saved time, money and energy. Its like my lack of knowledge grants him the access to be an a$$ and raise his voice at me in front of my family. It's absurd, overall embarrassing and sad. Also Great to know this is how u treat a military veteran and longtime customer. I don't know if Covid got into all y'all's head but get it together fr. I hadn't been here in several years but found myself in the area and thought, why not give it a try, as it actually used to be decent circa 2020. The weed I got (which was recommended by my unenthusiastic and clueless bud-tender) was the consistency of a cotton ball... this place absolutely sucks when it comes to quality and selection. Decent selection. Happy to have a dispensary in my hometown when I visit but the outdoor set up for checking in and taking orders feels dead slow sometimes and not even at peak hours. You guys really need more than one person taking orders. You got one guy checking IDs and if a customer has even one question about something OR WORSE they're new to weed, that lines coming to a dead stop for like 5 minutes. You got 20 people running orders and one guy taking them! Come on! The edibles and flower are fire though. My only suggestion for inventory is step up your hash game. The rest of the country is going through a solventless extract boom right now. I've shopped here since it's opening weekend and I've noticed a bad trend lately. This morning being the most recent and egregious example. Online ordering opens at 9am with 1/8ths of 2 new strains available; Chaos Kush & Death Star. At 9 am, approximately, I add items into my cart and attempt to checkout, only to receive the notice "Online Ordering is temporarily closed due to extremely high demand." I live close enough to check that there is no long "Medical" line around the corner and then surprisingly, online ordering is available and those 1/8ths are no where to be found, nevermind purchased. My screenshot is from 9:19 am and you open at 9am. Death Star appeared on the website at exactly 9am because it wasn't there last night.
