I reached out to Jaco Contracting a couple of days after Hurricane Helene damaged the roof on our…read morehome. I had a response from them in hours to get someone to come out and look at our roof. A couple of days later Jaco sent Miguel Martinez out to look at our roof. He also tarped the roof for us in a spot that had allowed water to leak into the house, damaging the living room ceiling. The estimate was free. Miguel was an absolute godsend through the entire process, letting us know how to proceed with each step. Miguel came back when our insurance adjuster surveyed our roof. He was a great help in working with the adjustor to ensure all the damage was noted. Three hours later our insurance company said they would replace the entire roof and repair our living room ceiling that was also damaged. Jaco had a crew replace our roof within a couple of weeks, taking a single day to do so. A couple of weeks later another crew repaired our ceiling. That only took an hour and a half. Please note, Jaco wanted to do the work all in one day, but we had to shuffle our dogs in and out of the house. They were very understanding of that, too. "No problem." The work was outstanding. So was the customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Hope you get Miguel assigned to your project.

A few days later they installed the roof and Ryan said if I c ould give him referrals he would give me 50 bucks for each one and if he got the job he would up it to 250 which I did . After the roof was installed I gave each member of the crew a good tip and then the crew left and me and Ryan did a final inspection and we found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and he said he would come back the next day and do it . Three weeks later he still hasn't been back with me calling him every day now he won't answer his phone. I then contacted the main office and they said they would contact him but that hasn't helped either. So once you pay them they are gone I just hope I don't need any warranty work done and as for the referrals money it's just a big lie . I contracted Mr. B's gutters for two services, a $600 reinforcement/cleaning/reseal and a $350…read morerepair of a sagging section, in late August. The reinforcement, cleaning, and seal went well enough; I had to call Brandon back out because one of the sections was still holding water and, despite the rather-dramatic slope he put on the gutter, it did resolve the problem. However, the $350 to repair the sagging section is not to my satisfaction. As you can see in the photos attached to this review, the two guarantees I was made--that the section would be brought to level with the rest of the gutters and that the soffit/underlayment would be made "tight" and replaced--did not happen. Brandon admitted that it wasn't going to be possible to level that section of gutter thanks to some roof slope issues, but he did assure me that he had fixed the soffit enough to prevent it from falling out of the channel, an annoyance that required me to climb up there and push it back in with far more frequency than I would prefer. When I finally got up there, however, I found that no actual repair had been done, they had simply screwed the falling piece of soffit to one of the roof rafters and covered the gap with a section of j-channel so it would give the *appearance* of being repaired. I brought this up and Brandon agreed to partially refund me. Here's where things get fun. After I tried to call him several times without answer regarding the status of said refund, even using my wife's phone number to do so, I resorted to a chargeback with Discover, which he is now proactively fighting me on. I'm waiting on the next round of debate paperwork. I may have to eat that charge. TL;DR: Good for basic repairs, but communication breaks down quickly. "Satisfaction guaranteed" looks great on the contract, but doesn't hold up in real life. Would not engage with him for non-standard services. Caveat emptor.
