FORCED TO VIOLATE MY HIPPA RIGHTS. Purchased a package when I was healthy. When my health deteriorated and I became disabled, I requested to cxl service. Was asked by to provide medical documents to review. I provided ALL doctors info and medical conditions so not to send medical records. Was denied, instead tried to have me agree to another smaller plan. Long story short had to sign it in order not to go to Collections. Then when signed electronically, also having their signature electronically signed, it was declined and sent my account to Collections. This experience has been horrible and Ascendant / RCI has demonstrated poor compassion, being deceitful and providing no customer service consideration. I'm still escalating this to their corporate office, Timeshare Holders and write as many negative reviews as possible and share my experience throughout. So after supposedly winning a trip from station 94.5 on a three night four-day Caribbean package for two we had to stay for a 90 minute presentation tour that ended up being three hours of wasted time. The tour guide was Michelle and it was a waste of time because they just try to sell you other packages on the spot(time shares and deeds with no proof of one)!After two hours of telling her no we were not interested she bring in her colleague which was a gentleman from Guam and he also didn't understand the word NO so after another 45 minutes of having them both continue on with their spiel and also giving out personal information into their life that had nothing to do with the prize that I was there to receive after they finally gave in and understood that I was not interested in anything else other than what I came there for they walked away rudely and unhappily and as I said goodbye have a good day she replied I'd have a better day if I had your credit card in my hand. After meeting with Dennis which was a pleasure within the five minutes of him sitting down with us to briefly close us out and hand us the paperwork to receive the prize I actually felt a little at ease leaving the place with him showing gratitude and saying goodbye properly because Michelle and her associate were utterly unprofessional and rude when it came to dismissing us at the table. Thank you to Dennis and if he could pass on his professionalism to the other associates there when they don't get their way it's still necessary to at least say goodbye properly. But honestly this place was a waste of my day and like I said what ended up being a 90 minutes Tour turned out to be three hours of just trying to be hustled.!! read more

Radio station is 92.5 tampa maxima who lures you into thinking you were special and won a 5 day cruise that you only pay $90 for... first red flag (who pays $90 for winning something?) then proceed to need to claim in orlando at some shady timeshare sales center. Ahh! Reason being is you need to sit through almost 4 hours of sales talk to try to get you to spill $1000's for down payments on times shares.. after being guilted for not wanting to drop your life savings into mediocre vacation rentals you're finally met with your "prize cruise certificate" but wait it comes with one last catch, you need to pay "taxes" for it which amount to about $200. With the amount of gas, time, and mental exhaustion wasted on this venture, I would have gladly just paid $5000 for a high quality cruise line ticket and avoid this snake oil salesman joint. read more

Mi esposo y yo compramos a Ascendant Holidays un paquete de "vacaciones" el 19 de junio de 2021. Nos prometieron viajes, bonificaciones, descuentos y otros lo cual es mentira. Se nos hacía imposible acceder al Portal de RCI. Llamamos en varias ocasiones y tenemos todos los antecedentes que prueban esta comunicación. Tuvimos que pagar la cantidad de dinero inicial de 2,610.00 más 277.00 cada mes que ya suman adicional la cantidad de 1,108.00 de tarifa mensual y desde el principio nos mintieron, diciéndonos que recibiríamos un Contrato en original el cual nunca recibimos y el único borrador que tenemos ni siquiera menciona el nombre de la persona que nos vendió la membresia. Copias que no tienen una secuencia de páginas y esto crea muchas interrogantes. Nuestro membresía tendría un costo total de $14,850.00 con promesas que eran todas mentiras. Nos dijeron que con esta membresía todo sería mucho más económico y que podríamos ahorrar más dinero, lo cual es mentira. Cuesta mucho más usar esto. Aun no hemos usado los puntos porque todo es tan costoso que está fuera de nuestro presupuesto. Verificamos en varias páginas de viajes en Internet y nos sale mucho más económico reservar con ellos. Esto es como regalar nuestro dinero a personas que solo saben engañar. Sentimos que nos engañaron y solo queremos salir de este contrato. Hemos estado pagando mensualmente y pagando a tiempo y total para nada porque no hemos podido utilizar este servicio ya que es demasiado costoso, cuando con engaños nos dijeron que era para economizar. Tenemos que viajar según sus condiciones, lo cual no se nos hace justo. Nos gustaría un reembolso y la cancelación de nuestro contrato. Gastamos tanto dinero en algo que no hemos usado y que creemos, nunca usaremos por lo costoso que es. Espero que alguien pueda terminar con este tipo de estafas. Somos personas honestas de 60 años y 56 años que hemos trabajado muy duro para poder tener nuestros ahorros de cara a la vejez y creo que esto no está bien. Really happy with the program! We bought it in 2016, we had 2 kids and wife was pregnant at the time. We used it this year for the first time to take my all the kids to Disney. Had a great time at Calypso and really liked the resort and services. We plan to start using it more and when our littlesest is abigger try a cruise! read more

beware of the membership it's a scam scam scam you never get what they promise. very bad business practice and misleading information. you can always find better deals online through search engines like expedia and others. they promise you the world and all you get is a hefty bill at the end. i'm speaking from experience my wife and i got wrap up in their scam and now we out 15k and all we have is a search engine that we can have for free. do your research before signing any paper work. read more
