An easy fix would be a new bike , which was not in my budget. I really just wanted my old bike fixed up and Nick and his team answered the call. My bike was handed over to bicycle tech Eric who did an amazing rebuild on my old ride. My road bike is like new and I couldn't be happier with my service! Finding parts was challenging and I know from experience that no other bike shop would probably even look at it. Eric explained the service to me and didn't make me feel like a dumbass who should really just buy a new bike. Customer service is "KING" period! They say things are too big to put in my mailbox and won't deliver but will deliver something else to my garage door. Other times they say my front door or driveway is unaccessible and refuse to deliver when nothing about my front door or driveway has changed. What the heck is going on?!
