But as we were walking out she found something else to buy. When we asked if that purchase could be applied with her 1st purchase to get the punch, they wouldn't honor it because it wasn't in the same purchase. Really???? I purchased 7 items (before my daughter did...wouldn't have purchased anything had I known they wouldn't honor her combined purchases) only to get home (from out of town) and find 4 items were damaged (Zipper pulls missing, boot heels coming apart, cracked leather).

The owner Brenda is a snob and downright rude to her customers . What she seems to forget if she loses her local following she will be out of business as we are the ones who provide her inventory! I for one am going to boycott her store for the rude manner in which she has treated me on several occasions including today!
