I was impressed until the install…read more We were waiting on the cabinets to be installed for months. Every time the guy came he would only stay for a little while and then say he had another job. The finished product was not what we were expecting. There were no trim pieces, the cabinets looked unfinished, and the crown molding looks nothing like we expected. I asked to have it changed and was put off multiple times. On top of the issues i stated multiple others arose as well. The designer stated we were buying the built in panels for the fridge and dishwasher, turned out they don't make them. Multiple doors and cabinets were ruined from installation and the guy just handed us this white paint to fix, it only makes it look worse. The most recent was our quartz countertop cracked because the cabinets were installed unevenly. They finally came out after months to fix it, only to leave a gap with showing wood between the countertop and the cabinet now. Overall I am super unhappy with the product and our designer knew this, promised it would get fixed and I would be happy but never followed up with any of the issues I mentioned. I am just annoyed We spent all this time and money on our dream kitchen we don't love.
