We recently had another HVAC company come out because our AC stopped working. After running their…read morediagnostics, they told us we needed to replace our entire system--including the air handler, condenser, and even add another air return. To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced. Not only did he get our AC running again, but he also took the time to explain what he believed had happened, what to watch for if it occurred again, and even walked us through how to troubleshoot it ourselves. That kind of honesty, education, and customer service is incredibly rare. Instead of facing what could have been a very expensive and unnecessary replacement, we paid for a diagnostic visit, got our AC back, and gained confidence in our system. Because of this experience, we've switched from our previous HVAC company to Airtime Cooling & Heating for all of our future maintenance and service. If Jacob is any indication of the quality of their technicians, they have earned a customer for life. Jacob was truly a 10 out of 10. He saved us from an unnecessary replacement, restored our AC when we needed it most, and treated us with honesty and respect. I can't recommend Airtime Cooling & Heating highly enough.

An add on service I requested upon his arrival was also done at a fair price and with quality workmanship. Although I was given some bad news about my AC unit it wasn't unexpected and at absolutely no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best). Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

People said it may be underground wiring, but I wasnt digging up my yard for nothing. Steve showed up and wasnt even scared if my big pitbull/mastiff mix or my big husky. He went straight to the pit like he knew him already with a "HEYYYYY!" Made my little so happy he was wagging his whole body. Haha! The husky sat and ate grass next to him while he worked on the electrical setup out back. He figured it out and even showed me the issue. No BS. Efficient. Dog-friendly, and a really cool dude. Worth the service fee just to verify what it was to ease my mind. We had an idea, but he solidified it 100% with no guesswork involved - after I threw a ton if new parts on the issue already. Hahaha!
