I should be able to use the drive up if I choose. They never separate the paper money order or count it back. You have to ask for a change receipt. I have to send a note in the deposit if I want a receipt for change, if I forget, I guess that gives them my permission to short me. I have been doing banking for my employer for the last 15 years, it has always been an easy part of my routine. We have had Wells Fargo for 1 year, and I now dread going to the bank. Before i left i had them set up the US bank mobile app with my information entered. So i could make my payments on the app. Well guess what they entered my informatiin wrong. So when i made my payments. They showed me as made but were returned because the information was wrong. Now they can see i made my payments in the app. They can also see they entered the account routing number wrong . But they decide to hit my credit with a late payment any way. Stay clear they aren't worth the paper their name is printed on.
